1...make pages of your notebook. It can be whatever design you want, or you can just get a plain tablet- it's your choice. These can be anywhere from a dollar to five dollars, depending on where you get it. 2...Write an intro explaining what the slam book is and what you want to do. Tell them that they're totally free to say they don't want to do this, but you think it would be really fun. (Worked for the author of this .......4Now, write! Like I said earlier, it's like a diary meets passing notes. Have fun, and be nice (if you want to). You can pass it back and forth however often you want. Between class periods, every other day, once a week, whenever. It doesn't have to be consistent, either. If you don't have anything important to say, so what? You can either write something about what you had for dinner and pass it back, or hold on to it for a while until something comes up. Whatever works for you.
