I received part of the envelope for the swap I sent you for the white matchbox swap (my & your address was cut off of the envelope) and the piece of paper (no package, just the cut out) was mailed back to me. The post office says that you must have cut out the addresses and put them back in the mail loose. I don't know what the heck is going on but I'm guessing you received this package and then sent back to me a piece of the envelope with no package, just the address part. Due to your recent bad ratings I have no other recourse but to think that you did this for whatever reason.???
