Hi I'm Francis, I used to stamp for some years and surfing the internet, a whole new world came to me: mixed media. But these days I'm more into quilting. I'm a member of different yahoo groups in my home country:the Netherlands. So if I make stupid spelling mistakes, it has been a while since I went to highschool!

I love to quitl! The majority of the quilts I make are Little Quilts of Love: mini quilts which I donate to childrens hospitals for parents who had a still born or a baby that passed after birth.

I also make lager quilts, but I donate them too to an organisation called Droomdekentjes (Dream Blankets) who distribute the quilts to sick children, so fabric is my new addiction :-)

I'm envious of all the fabric that is for sale in the US. Here in the Netherlands we don't have such a variety in fabric. I do order a lot from the Fat Quarter Shop but the shipping is always a pain in the .... :-) I would rather spend that money on fabric!
