Oh, Fi. Whenever I come over to say G'day I see brilliant swaps on your list that I hadn't found myself, and invariably I have to join some group or other to participate. Do I look like a copycat or some kind of swap stalker? Because I fear that's what I have become. To think, all this potential for good turned right on its head...

Best of luck with the artist-in-residence gig! I met one at an exhibition in Sydney last week: a botanical artist par excellence who gave me much sound advice. I already consider you a bonafide artist, partly because your standard of collage is so high - not that that's the definition - so I hope you aren't wasting time wondering if you are one...? Just don't do what one of my sisters does who calls herself an Artist (capital A). That's entirely obnoxious, and something that our more-talented sis doesn't do (and nor do I). x x
I never tyre of you either - or your wonderful PCs - my northern friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now what's all this news my slackness at corresponding is making me miss out on... artist in residence? Who with? And a studio??
