I am married, have 3 children and live in Mississippi. My oldest has gone off to college. I am originally from Miami but have lived in Mississippi the last 12 years. My husband and I work for the government and we have lived in Miami, Washington, DC and now Mississippi. I love to knit, read and spend time with my family. My kids are all atheletes so I spend a lot of time at sporting events. I love knitting dishcloths, scarves and baby blankets. I love bright happy colors and love to see the different patterns people use. My favorite color is pink. I promise to complete all swaps I am accepted into.

I love to knit. I have been knitting for over a year now. I have made a bunch of scarves to give to my mother-in-law who is involved in a women's shelter in Washington, DC. I am currently addicted to knitting dishcloths. They are fast and fun.

I love to read. I read romance, suspense and historical romance every once in a while. I belong to paperbackswap and that has been great to get books and also to pass on the ones I have read. I am currently addicted to the Twilight series. My daughter started reading it and I wanted to see what she was reading. OMG!! Awesome.......can't wait for the movie.

I recently added the Biography channel and love the shows on it. We watch a lot of the History channel also. I regularly watch Criminal Minds, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer and Numbers. I am also a news junkie. (drives my kids nuts). I am currently addicted to the Secret Life of the American Teenager.

Anything soccer related, my daughter(14) plays on a select soccer team and loves anything to do with soccer, chap stick (addicted to it), cotton yarn, alpaca yarn, knitting patterns, pens, pretty writing paper, cute envelopes, anything Grumpy Bear (Care Bears), Christmas ornaments, scented candles, I love gardenia and also coffee scent, any knitting item will make me happy.

Knitted dishcloths, scarves, a baby blanket for future grandbabies. Afghans for my sons.
