Let's see: I'm a single working mother of 3 grown children. Arts & crafts are therapeutic for me. I sing, play piano, write poetry and songs, make web graphics and have recently fallen IN ♥ with art journaling. I'm still very new to the artform but it is such a beautiful process. I'm exploring all kinds of art materials: acrylic paint, watercolor, oil pastels, gel pens, paint & water based markers.

I've been cutting up just about every magazine and piece of junk mail I can get my hands on, trying to delve into the world of collage and mixed media.

I'm a book LOVER!!! but I must admit: I finish very few of them...mostly because I get distracted by the next book that looks even cooler! LOL

I ♥ writing and receiving letters, handmade postcards, greeting cards and inspirational thoughts. It's such a joy to come home after a hard day's work to find a new treasure in my mailbox. I'm not very good at sending things internationally, so I prefer US pen pals only.
