I was reading your profile and we have lots in common. 4 kids- mine range from 16-2, 3 boys and 1 girl. My 2 yr. old will be 3 in December. I used to be a hair stylist, but no longer do that. We love handmade and the kids love swap-bot!.
And my older boys are allergic to housework and homework, amazing :)

Please do not be through with swap bot because of 1 swapper that has NO clue how the system works..
PM Rachel (ADMIN) and let her know what is going on..If you have proof you sent it., MAYBE the 1 can be taken off..
4 weeks is NOT enough time for a swap.. Mine took 6 weeks to get there!! BOO for her for giving you a 1..
