I'm a 29 year old stay-at-home mum of two school aged girls, with another baby on the way. He or she is due in January :D
I'm from Australia, which is a wonderful place to be despite the unpredictably out of season weather we've been experiencing recently. Snow! In the middle of Spring! Crazy, right?! It doesn't even snow here in Winter.. Bizarre!
I like lots of activities & stuff. When I'm not doing housework or mummy things, I can usually be found curled up with a book, building a house from popsicle sticks, emersed in a jigsaw puzzle, pottering about the garden, creating pretty jewellery, or on a long walk down a back road taking photographs of cows and sheep :D
I have a versatile personality. I love deep conversations and heavy debates pertaining to current events or controversial issues. At the same time I have the most outlandishly childish sense of humour. Elephant jokes crack me right up and in my opinion are the epitome to a happy life :P On occassion I cut my bloke's work sandwiches into animal shapes, then have myself an hysterical giggling session when I know he's on his lunch break, surrounded by his work mates :D
I'm always happy as long as I'm warm. Nothing puts a damper on my spirits quite like a case of the chills! That's not to say I wont be caught dancing in the rain on a warm day ;P
I used to be so scared to try any crafts other than basic papercrafts, because I didn't feel I had the skill. But, alas, I finally took the plunge and now enjoy a range of crafts including:
Popsicle stick crafts. I started with the basics and am now attempting to build popstick dollhouses, complete with felt carpet, matchstick & matchbox furnishings, and miniature families :)
Jewellery making. I'm just a beginner at this but have managed to create some pretty pieces that are still holding together. Yay!! :D Jewellery making has proven to be very therapeutic!
Origami. This is SO much fun! I've been using some of my origami creations to make mobiles for my baby's nursery.
Cake decorating. This goes along with my love for cooking and baking. It started with baking goods as an economical way to fill my girls' lunchboxes for school, and has turned into a passion :D
I will change/add to this as I become more familiar with the workings of the site :)
Private swaps. I'm pretty keen on coloured swaps!! :D And small profile based swaps look like alot of fun! :)
Not to forget the young ones... My children are easy pleased and would be overjoyed at receiving any of the following: Sweets, stickers, letter sets, markers, small notebooks, magnets, keychains, bouncy balls, used children's books or novels, cheap baby socks, bibs or hats, homemade nursery decorations..

I wanted to leave you this comment in case you come back to Swap-Bot. It would be nice to receive this considering I sent something out to the person who tagged me and I'm guessing you received from the person you tagged.
