I have stopped sending out second parcels as I get complain that even they don't get the 2nd one. I don't know if I am being taken for a ride or not. I have 7 flakers for my last 7 swaps! So I am fed up.
Anyone who have reported a lost parcel have been sent a second parcel. Most of these have been received very happily. I am sorry for the ones who did not even receive the second parcel. The second parcels are NOT exact replacements, they are meant to make up for the lost. I believe I have tried my absolute best.
I just wanted to say to anyone swapping with IS, please be patient. She communicates extremely well and sometimes the mail is slow, however what she packages is worth the wait!
Thanks again for such a wonderful package. If I could I would have assigned you 5 hearts!!!
