Hi Amy, I am sorry for the bad experiences you have had on swap-bot. It's a funny thing about the internet and all of its ill-comunications and misunderstandings. Swap-bot is great and the folks are really typically very nice and understanding. That's really what makes this place wonderful is the big family like atmosphere. Then again you know how a family might act if angered...for what ever reason, misunderstood and not. We want you here and we want to swap with you. I have had some not so good swaps and some not so nice people, but it's water under the bridge and I don't let those few instances spoil the fun of the others. We hope that your swaps in the future will be more delightful and if you want I am up for a private swap.

Amy, I really did not intend for the forum thread to be hurtful in any way. I was asking opinions, and its a public forum. I apologize. As I have tried numerous times to explain, I did not know that the chocolate was crappy, as I didn't try it before sending it. I have even told the store that I bought it at about this experience and have asked them to remove it. Its very hard to find "Canadian" candy where I live, it never occurred to me to google it to find out. I will be resending to you regardless. Hopefully we can put this behind us and continue on a good note. Susan :)
