I am really into scrapbooking lately. I love beautiful papers and generally any scrapbooking supplies or magazines. I love to crochet. I mostly pick up yarn on clearance and make baby afghans that I donate to a local charity. I love to read. Favorites are historical fiction, sci-fi, suspense, mystery, etc. I do not like things such as harlequin romance. My favorite author is James Michener. I believe i have read everything he ever wrote. I'm VERY allergic to cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg; so nothing like that, please! I love coffee, tea, and chocolate. I love lilac, lavender, and freesia scents. I ADORE Angelfire scent from Mary Kay. I don't wear jewelry (I'm allergic to most metals). I have long hair and love scrunchies and hair clips. I also love genealogy and history. I've done a lot of research of our local history (Lancaster County, PA, USA) and my grandmother's family on coastal northern New England. My grandfather was Cherokee Indian, but I have done no research on that so far. That is an upcoming project! I collect postcards. I especially like old postcards of the areas where I am doing genealogy research (PA and New England).
