Dear buttonville, it is good to be reading your profile via the the "Read my Profile and Leave a Nice Comment, swap." I understand the meaning of your nickname now, it's for your passion for collecting buttons! Do you happen to know how many buttons you have? I tend to collect buttons too, but not because I am a collector, but because they tend to fall from my clothes the majority of the time and I have a pile of them, which I haven't got round to sewing them on. So in a a way I also collect buttons, and appreciate your fondness of them. We seem to have card making in common. I like that you make jewelry from found objects, repurpose clothing to make scarves and handbags, and use needle felting and needle punch to create jewelry. I also enjoy re-purposing items, and I think it's good to find new ideas in such items, and make best use of them and when I see ideas like that in which you are created I am immediatetly drawn to, as I find real talent and imagination in people creating within this type of skill. I also make cards. Do you re-purpose paper too for making cards? And what kind of cards do you make? I look forward in hearing from you, and hope we become good friends. Much love x - Ana Hope you have a lovely week

I too love a great garage sale or thrift shop! I would stop at every single one if I had the time. I also collect buttons - how wonderful to think of a pretty button in your hand adorning a fabulous dress 50 years ago! And robots - beep boop oop, I have many little windup robot toys. My army of tiny minions is waiting to take over the world. And, True Blood rules. Every sunday night, you know where to find me. cheers! :) [Read my Profile and Leave a Nice Comment!! swap]

Hi there-I'm your partner on the Read My Profile & Comment Swap just stopping by to say hi! I share your love of buttons. One of my favorite things is to sit with my grandma's old tins of buttons and go through them for inspiration. She's been gone a long time but those buttons just bring me right back to sitting in her sewing room. I admire all of your collections-always wanted to get into collecting, but my DH doesn't like too much 'stuff' around. Actually, it's probably good for me, otherwise I would clutter up the place. Well, that's all for now. Happy Swapping!
