After some tough times, a temporary suspension, and joining the Army, I'm finally back. I'm trying real hard to get my swap score up. I'm mainly joining letter and postcard swaps since that's something simple I can get out quick. I understand some people who are running swaps are going to be reluctant to let me in, so if so, let me know so I don't actually do the swap then find out I'm banned. Thanks and happy swapping.
I'm 24, graduated from one of the military academies in 2006, and I'm (still) in the process of becoming an Army officer, but I'm currently a 68X, Mental Health Specialist. I'm an old soul my family says, apparently born in the wrong era. Mainly because I believe in chivalry and virtue and such things. And I crochet and sew and stuff. But I'm also like most normal 24 year olds. I love to read, watch movies, and listen to music.
Favorite Music
I love every type of music. My favorite songs of all time are Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World", Dean Martin's "That's Amore", and Metallica's "Enter Sandman". Strange choices I know. I would die without music and my taste varies from day to day.
Favorite Movies
Gone with the Wind is my all time favorite, followed closely by The Godfather (Part 1). A Bronx Tale and A Beautiful Mind are up there. I like movies that move me.
Favorite Television
Heroes, Supernatural, Desperate Housewives, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, House, CSI. And I have previously loved X Files, Buffy, and Dark Angel.
Well, that's what I would watch if I had the time, or a tv.

Favorite Books
I love books. My favorite genre of book are the classics (shocking I know). My favorites are Gone with the Wind, anything by Dickens but especially Great Expecations, anything by Alexandra Dumas especially The Three Musketeers trilogy (in English or French). My favorite modern writer is Phillipa Gregory.
