Hi I am sorry about the Mug. I sent it in Bubble wrap, and I have sent stuff in bubble wrap before and they have not broken, so do not know why.. I have not received one swap from your swap that you hosted, so I am also extrememly disappointed.. My partner actually has been suspended, .. I received a mug which was wrapped up the same way as I wrapped up mine and it was not broken. I will wait untl i receive my mug first adn then decide to send again. Also i would appreicaiate it if you wrote on message to me not on my profile
