IMPORTANT Do NOT send me anything that will melt. I'm in Texas. It's hot. And my mailman gets cranky when things melt in the back of her truck & then I'm disappointed because whatever cool thing you send me is now liquified. Gracias!

Rubber duckies, you're so fun, rubber duckies, you're the ones, rubber duckies, I'm awfully fond of you!! I love rubber ducks, small or big, regular or in costume (I have a vampire one).

I also like other rubber bath toys. Don't be pervy. I've got a froggy who's round like a ball and sits on top of the water and bobbles about. The more the merrier...in fact...if you could find an Alan Rickman bath bobble buddy...le sigh

The man above is Poirot. My favourite detective! I also happen to love Belgian waffles! Another match made in Heaven! He's on the hunt for the following gifts pour moi. These items change frequently on my whim. The items down in here if they make me kick up my heels you'll get hearts for sure!

I can never have enough chunky necklaces or chunky bangle bracelets and I'm always looking for them, but so rarely find fun, funky, fresh, and original ones!

Gourmet sugar-free marshmallows...find me these and I'll squeal with delight! I don't want any sugar-free Stay Puft, I want handmade gourmet flavoured marshmallows that are sugar free too!!

An awesome canteen to carry my water in at work. I don't want to have the same sports bottle as everyone else.

Please don't send:

• yarn (I have way too much--in fact, if you want some, we can work out a trade)
• fake flower brooches (meaning flowers that are found in the fake plant section then glued to a pin)
• porn; though I have studied it academically, I don't need a collection.
• nudity; I have enough nude art and not enough wall space.
• religious items. While I appreciate the sentiment, I'm not collecting at this time (the only exception is if it's on my etsy or wishpot lists).
• knitting patterns (or any knitting items) at this time. I have enough!
• food (unless it's on my etsy favourites or I've placed a request for it)
• paper products (stationary, scrapbooking items, etc.)
• children-themed fabric
• quilting or knitting magazines--have boxes full, thanks!
• ATCs, matchboxes, friendship books
• tulle, lace, or ribbons
• buttons, love 'em but have enough, gracias!
• nothing gross or scary (e.g. rubber bugs, witches with warts, fake doggy poop).
• nothing swept up off your floor or half-used
• make-up or perfume/body spray (I'm picky!)
• dog treats (he's on a diet, poor baby!)
• anything that will melt--From May-September it's too darn hot and items melt easily! (After Sept. you can safely send meltables.)
• nothing that smells of smoke--I do have allergies, but the smoke smell is very difficult to get out of certain items.
• oil-intensive skin items (the kind of scrubs where it's mostly oil and sugar/salt)--they only leaves my skin feeling gross.

One day I'd like to visit Norway. Part of my family is from Bergen. And I'd love to visit Helsingor (of course!).

The man of my dreams (when I meet him) is taller than me and knows George Eliot is a woman and is kind. There's a whole lot more than that, but we'll start with those 3 things.

October is my favourite month and Halloween is my favourite holiday. Every October I re-read all the Harry Potter novels and watch all the movies.

I wish there were ninjas in the library stacks to attack students who try to reshelve books. These same ninjas would collect overdue fines and give a nunchuck beat-down to people who damage the library books.

I like to honour different celebrations going on. So, if you want ideas for possible hearts or for private trades for the rest of May/June you can send:

I am in the process of making a Day of the Dead quilt. I always welcome Day of the Dead fabric: skeletons, skulls, (nothing spooky) sugar skulls, candy colors, swirls, polka dots. Bright and happy celebration.

I also like Day of the Dead decorations that I can hang about the house.
