Yes, there are some really weird vibes going on right now. Hopefully things will calm down after the election. However, we know what to do to help our stress level, don't we? ;-)
I've added healing to the US to my prayer bowl that I do a ritual for once a week. I say, "keep on spreading the love and light. :-)"
