Comment: thank you so much for a beautiful swap, I loved your box!!! I also loved the little ghost, super cute, did you make it?? I also loved the heart key chain, it's funny because my girlfriend & I we always stop to touch anything that has those sequins on them. We are silly , but we love those. So Thank you for an awesome swap!! xo
Comment: Thank you for the swap and the extra you sent. I loved all the goodies and and that bag was super cute and the little stuffy is going on my fun shelf that holds all the random cuteness in my room. It was fun to see everyone on the zoom call and put faces to names. I hope we Can do something like this again. 🎃 I wish I could give you a ton of hearts for the swap!
Comment: This looks great! I'm not familiar with Cricut, but you're obviously great at it! Your note indicates it was sent in an envelope, but somehow it arrived with no envelope, no stamp, and a postmark.
Response: I'm so glad it made it and you like! That's really weird. it had been in a clear envelope with a stamp on the outside. Not the first time I've sent in a clear envelope but the first time I've heard the envelope not making it!
Comment: Thank you for your Auslan hand ATC. Love it. What a lovely way to decorate the hand with marks and patterns. The Auslan sign language is a great idea. Must try the beef stew! Also love the washi tape card. Thank you!
Comment: I super duper love the ATC you sent! This Weezing has loads of character. I also like the way you covered the front of the card. I'm going to try that sometime with a few cards in my stash that could be improved.
Comment: Thanks for sending me this "evil potato angler!" I love the teeth and the lure! I will tell you if the original shows up. Stay safe and healthy! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry Update: I received your pysanky egg! It's beautiful! Have you ever seen the largest one in the world, in Canada? It is made of metallic triangles and my SUV would easily fit inside. Thanks! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: Very cool and realistic looking camera!! I totally flubbed mine and made it very tiny as I had no idea what a 4-bar card was. My recipient was very kind and did not rate me down. WHEW! This is lovely and the sparkly paper is nice. I hope you get back in the habit of photography! I'm a very poor photographer, so the world needs you to make up for me lol :):)
Comment: Wow we have the same nickname! And oh my gosh, your atc is SO cute! I love the way you put it all together. And the card?? I thought it was a cute store-bought one but it looks like you actually used washi to make it??? Love it. Thank you so much ❤️️
Comment: Thank you for such a pretty ATC. I love the many layers you used to make the flower. The quote is perfect. I think I need to make something larger with that quote to hang in my kitchen. Thank you again!!
Comment: Thanks for your clever Cricut card, Jasmine. It almost didn't make it though. The adhesive holding the address side to the design side didn't hold up, and the card was in two pieces in my mailbox. Must have been barely stuck together before the final delivery but fortunately it got here! Love your lighthouse beaming into the starry night sky. Enjoy your new machine!
Response: Oh my gosh, thank you so much for letting me know! My adhesive has never failed me before and I'm so sorry it did, but at least both halves made it. :'( I'm so glad you like the design, though!!
Comment: Eeeee, so excited to receive another one of your phobia series!! This is SO COOL! Not only is it both creepy and funny, it reminds me of an awesome memory of my mom. So, on New Years Eve when I was a teenager we always rented a scary movie and all sat down together eating snacks until midnight. One year my mom kept telling us she had the scariest movie ever to show us, and kept building it up untl we were so excited we could barely stand it. The movie ended up being about a ventriloquist dummy that comes alive and kills people. It was the opposite of scary and we couldn't stop laughing while watching. It became a running family joke about "REALLY SCARY" movies. This will remind me of that, and also when my daughter was tiny and had this phobia for a short whle. She'd scream and run if she saw anything mechanical "'chanical!!!" THANK YOU for another awesome swap! :):):) ALso, your card was amazing.
Response: I'm so glad you liked it and it was able to bring about good memories! Thank you for sharing your memory with me, it was a great story and made me laugh and think of my own family memories. <3
What a pretty ATC and I love the fabric and I think a fairy costume is perfect for it..... wow I love princess and the frog too.... and the card you made....great swap....thank you so much!!!!!
Comment: What an absolutely amazing ATC ! So much work must have gone into it, and all the tiny details are beautiful. I love it to bits, and I'm very grateful to get to own such a nice piece of art. ❤️❤️
Comment: THIS IS AMAZING! I could not love this more. WOW. First of all, my daughter almost stole this from the mail before I even got to open it bc she loved how you did the envelope. This letterpress card is cute as hell, and I'll be reusing the image for sure, it's awesome. This ATC though!!! I love how you made perfect fog and integrated the H. It's so creative and beautiful. I had no idea this was a phobia. Thinking about being in thick fog gives me the heebeejeebees, though! :):):) Thank you for these AWESOME extras as well. You are a star! Running out to buy vellum sheets now ;)
Comment: Thank you for the super cute Tetra card ! I love to mix digital lines and traditional colouring too, I love seeing how others go about it. Glad you like the swaps, I'm glad to have you in the group. :)
Comment: What a fun card. I'm new to card making too so I have been taking card classes at my local scrapbooking store-we've made interactive one but not the slider ones-very cool. I'm keeping this one-thanks for sharing!
Response: I've been learning on Pinterest lol. I'm glad you like it! It was loads of fun to make.
Comment: Brilliant first time halloween pastelling a swap, I loved it. Thank you for this ATC - cool idea for adding little features over stamped images like your ghost. Cut their tiny hands out of a second piece of card and stick them on, it will add an extra layer to the card and make a 3d effect.
Response: So glad you like it! Thanks for the tip :)
Comment: Hi Jazzy, Thank you for the wonderful new friend! I have decided to call him Fluffy and I am so thrilled to add him to my collection. I am so touched that you thought of me while on your adventure! He is so affectionate, and loves to give kisses, I think he must be a baby still because he accidentally uses his teeth, and I swell up and get a bumpy rash, but I am sure he will stop doing that once he learns...in the mean time I keep a case of eppi pens in closet! Funny, my other insect friends seem to be hiding since Fluffy arrived...I am sure they are just a little shy! Happy Travels!!
Response: I am so glad you enjoy Fluffy (what a pleasant name for him!). I hope he's able to make friends soon with your other critters. Keep me updated!
Comment: I was so excited to see another into the spiderverse! That’s what I did as well I am in love with it ❤️ Thank you
Response: Into the Spiderverse was so much better than I expected! I think it may be my favorite Spiderman thing that I've seen (and admittedly, I haven't see a whole lot, but still.). I'm so glad you liked it!
Comment: Somehow I knew that you'd send me an opossum. I absolutely adore this ornament! The jack-o-lantern would have been awesome on it's own, but the opossum witch just sent it over the top! Thank you so much for making this swap extra special. <3
Response: When I saw I had you for a partner on this one, I got so excited! I love opossums and it's awesome to find someone else who doesn't think they're gross. I'm so glad you enjoyed the ornament!
I'm also glad you liked the pressed penny and that it could go to someone who will really appreciate it. I like making pressed pennies but collecting them... I usually lose them lol
Comment: I really like the art wall gallery postcard. I know what you mean about liking the process of c-n-p finding images to match our partners personality.
FYI my definition of a municipal art gallery is the kind that is run and funded by a municipality to exhibit collections. :)
Response: Thanks for the explanation! When I googled it, I got a local municipal art gallery that was just modern art and I wasn't sure if that's what it was. I'm glad you like the image I found :D
Comment: Thanks for the postcard! I never got to go to camp when I was a kid so I really enjoy hearing about it! It’s really cool that you get to still be a part of it! ❤️
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed! My first thoughts for this card was the beach, but I don't go to the beach much (even though I live in a beach city lol), so I went for something that is summer to me :D
Comment: I absolutely LOVE this ATC!! The way you did the stained glass effect is beautiful! I also love how you used my Snow White sticker from a swap we did earlier. This is the first time I’ve had an item come back to me! 😂 Can’t wait to swap with you again.
Response: Yey I'm so glad you love it! I'm having fun with stained glass style art. Hehe I thought it would be cute to use a sticker you'd sent me :)
Comment: This was so cool! I have actually never received a shaker anything! Although how big is the puzzle you got the piece from! LOL, its very original and I love it!
Response: I'm so glad you like it! And that it was a first for you, cause it was a first for me lol. The box says the puzzle is 24.47"x36.11". It's a kids puzzle that looks like Cinderella when it's done. The pieces all look really weird.Your was the most "normal" of the bunch.
Comment: This is now one of my favorite ATC's, you seem to have had an adventure in its creation and I love the way you have coloured it. The texture from the black glue works really well and it is very much like a stain glass window. Brilliant stuff.
Response: Yay it made it! I'm so glad you like it, it had led me on more adventures in watercolor and stained glass effect.
Comment: So clever, well made, and hilarious!!! This was my first swap with this group as well. I chose twig and berries and hairy beaver ..teehee. it was so fun making mine and receiving yours. Thank you SO much!!
Response: Glad not to be the only first time! Lol. So happy you enjoyed mine =D Yours sounds like it was awesome as well!
Comment: I love the Flash and Green Arrow - thank you for the extra patch ♡♡ I showed one of my students who is as big Flash fan your card and he wanted to keep it :) I like the layered paper for dimension.
Response: I'm so glad you and your student liked the card! I had fun trying to figure out how to make the patch not look large but not just make the ATC all red lol.
Comment: Adorable ATC. Looks just like our corgi named JC. Hey was a wonderful dog. Thank you for the writing pad. I'm always making notes or as I realize reminders for myself. It's time of the year for a lot of quilt shows. The gals say you want to go. Of course. ATC got delayed rating. Sorry Thank you Sharon
Response: I'm glad you like it =)
Dont worry about it, real life comes first, I'm just happy it made it to you!
Comment: It is here, it's not lost. And I LOVE it so much! Mom loved it too, and we'll definitely use it for decoration from now on. So beautiful, you must have worked very hard on it. Now I feel like my egg was cacophony of thingies. Thank you for your felt eggie too and for sharing your story with me.
Response: Yay I'm so glad it made it! And I'm glad you love it! First time layering paper like that. I'm sure your egg was lovely!
Comment: What a thoughtful puzzle piece! It was very nostalgic and made me think of my great grandma Mitsu who had quite a collection of kimonos. And extra goodies, unicorns!! Lovers this package and appreciate your attention to detail. Huggles!!
Response: I'm so glad you like it and it was able to bring up some happy memories! Makes my day to see this <3
Comment: Got your fun handmade lending library card. Do you mean those Little Free Libraries? I love those neighbourhood boxes. They are great in so many ways. Some places have so many I can spend the day walking from box to box, seeing some nice neighbourhoods and getting my 10000 steps for the day. I also scout out any local indie coffee shops to sit and read for a bit. Makes for a great day.
P.S. I like your Swap Bot moniker. :)
Response: Yes, the Little Free Libraries! First one I encountered my friend called a lending library and the name just stuck. I'm very glad you like it! That sounds like an awesome way to spend a day.
Ps thank you =p
Comment: Thank you for the wonderful PC. I love that you put so much effort into making it for me. No, I did not have a Hobbiton card in my collection. Making cards like this for fictional locations is a great idea. I may have to borrow that idea.
Response: I'm so glad you like it! You can totally take the idea, I found the idea on Pinterest while looking for inspiration for the California one I was going to do. There are so many different ways those vintage cards were done!
Comment: Another great ATC! I love how you incorporated the Netflix logo on the silhouette. Very creative ATC. Thanks again, lady. Love your work.
Response: Im very happy you liked it! This one I was able to plan more with your likes in mind. Though I had designed this whole graveyard one with you in mind but it was for a completely different swap! Kicked myself over that lol
Comment: Thanks for the GREAT ATC and extra cool goodies! I loved the little bags that you used. Underworld Exhibit? That totally sounds right up my alley. Thank you for making this for me. I really enjoyed reading your notes and the awesome tombstone sticky sheets are so cool!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! It was a fun little exhibit, took up the whole top floor. If I'd known you were my partner before I made the ATC I would have made the fo-postcard more prominent.
Comment: Wow, wow, wow! Thank you for the awesome atc. I loved them both so much. I read the story to my kids and shared your artwork-I am blow away with your creativity. I had not read that story before and I loved it. Thank you!
Response: Yey I'm so glad you like them! I've found its a story not many people know. I hope your kids enjoyed it as well. =D
Comment: Jasmine, I loved loved your card!! I am constantly learning from others how to make my packages better and more fun to open. I thought the seed packet was extra special as I am a big flower grower!! Have a great spring! Thanks for the random fact!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! I like to try to include something from people's profiles, if I have it, and I like supporting nature in any way. I hope they grow well and pretty for you!
Comment: OMG!! Words can not express my thanks!! I LOVE the mini album!! It's perfect!! I took it to work and displayed it for all to see. Tons of feedback on how cute the trailers are! You went above and beyond and I can't thank you enough!! You Rocked this swap!!!! Thank you!!!!
Comment: I enjoyed your unusual lists very much. And I love the papers you included--thank you so much!
PS. You left off my favourite pirate, Granuaile aka Grace O'Malley. She was awesome!
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed them and liked the papers! I hope you can find a use for them :)
PS I don't think I've heard of her, but I am looking her up now! Thank you for introducing me to a new pirate!
Comment: Was that a handmade card? - it was fabulous! My husband owes our local library a big fine too and ends up using my account. But you're right, libraries can be great community resources! Maybe you can make payments to restart at your local branch! Thanks for the bookmarks - I'm going to share them with my kids!
Response: It was a hand made card! I'm glad you liked it =) I have a friend in Arkansas whose library once a year will let them make canned food donations to pay off their dues. Wish mine did. I'm glad you like the bookmarks. I hope you and your kids enjoy then. They were too cute not to share.
Comment: OMG!! THE CUTEST HAMBURGER POSTCARD EVER!!!! I LOVE the story too!! I hope you dont mind but I'm sharing this with everyone!!! Thank you so much for joining my swap and making it extra special!! <3<3
Response: I'm so glad it finally made it! And I'm even more glad that you like it so much! I do not mind you sharing it, that makes me happy =D I'm looking forward to the giant dessert pc
Comment: Really frickn happy with thia postcard a lot of the time I get such plain postcards it's nice to have an emu in a flock of pigeons.
Yes to private swap! Message me and let me know what kind :)
