Last Christmas I had just had hip replacement surgery on the 7th of December so the tree and all were my husbands doings-which was ok-better than nothing but this year will be grander and your bingo card will have a reserved spot! Response: I'm so glad you liked it. I get those borders at an online store called collagestuff.com. She has them under "German Scrap". I just used an Elmer's glue stick to adhere the napkin to the card. Thanks so much for the 5 AND the heart :)

Response: Hey Vanne. Thankfully it didn't effect me. I live in Annapolis and live 10 minutes from the Naval Academy where I work. My husband does drive to DC every day but he is in RI on work related travel this week. But thanks for thinking of me :) I'm glad you like the rolo. It was fun to make. I use to exercise...lol...but after 25 years of losing, gaining, losing, etc. I am over it! I still try to lose weight by watching what I eat but no more exercising...except walking. I can get on a good roll but I never keep it up so I've given up even, trying. Anyway...TMI...thanks for the 5 and the heart. Always a pleasure trading with you.

Comment: Just love the card you made, it's fantastic. You sent a lot of time on it. I just wanted to talk about the international mail cost. I see you payed over $7.00 to mail the card to me. The reason it costs so much is the size of the envelope and you said it was worth $5.00 U.S. What I have found is that if you use a smaller envelope (regular card size or letter envelope) and just pay for the over size(thickness) of the envelope, its a lot cheeper. I just received a letter from the U.S. and it was $1.20 (letter size envelope). I think you could've mailed my card to me for around 1.80. Thats how much it would cost me in Canada to mail to U.S. Mind you its more expensive to mail to England, Finland (international) Big bucks.... But I feel like the U.S. is our neighbour, and thats why we don't pay as much to mail to each other.Try mailing your next card to Canada this way, to save money. I feel just awful that it cost you that amount. 🎃

But I joins o few international swaps now because of the cost. Please don't feel bad. I knew what the cost would be. But in the future I will try a smaller envelope and just reinforce it with tape. The strangest thing happened...I went into the office here because I had a package to pick up, and they handed me your notecard (no envelope) with the ATC inside. I think the mailman delivered to the wrong box, and the person opened it before realizing that it wasn't their mail. Odd that they didn't realize BEFORE opening the envelope...but I was thrilled that they turned in the ATC so I'd have it to enjoy! Thank you so much for always creating such incredible little pieces of art. It's a joy to receive them from you! ETA: I swear I gave a heart the first time...but then it wasn't there!
