Comment: Beautiful PC. . . I think Florida has some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen as well as gorgeous sunsets. . . but know I couldn't live there because of the humidity! Thanks for the lovely PC and hope you're having a great spring ~~
Response: Spring has been phenominal as we jump into summer. Hope all is well with you!!
Comment: Happy May Day! Spring has arrived in IL, we've had a few nice days. A bit cool today. Thanks for the PC- a real hum dinger- I don't want to think what that would mean according to the KY med. dictionary :D
Response: HAHA! Hopefully you have gotten to enjoy some spring weather!! Happy weekend!
Comment: Hello Keri & thank you for the large porcine postcard for the Animal PC swap! B/W photo of the sow made me laugh also - the look on her face, her pose - such pig attitude! Good news that Spring has finally arrived in UT! Fun swap!
Response: I am glad you enjoyed the PC, Happy Spring!
Comment: Great pc! My sons thought it was really cool. My 7 year old had trouble relinquishing it to me. They are great snowboard fans, watching the olympics religiously, especially my 10 year old. It's not something we have much of here in AZ!
Response: Then you should bring em to Utah in Winter, they would LOVE it! Have they snuck the card back yet? lol
Comment: You sure do know how to get a ♡ from me! I was just looking thru my ratings and noticing your name and that we hadn't swapped in awhile and here you are in my mailbox today! Thanks sooooo much for the Gorgeous Zebra! Love 'em, those little striped horses! = )
Response: I am so glad that I contributed to your mailbox happiness :) You are so very welcome!! You're note made me smile!
Comment: I love Waldo PCs although they also drive me crazy!! I hold onto them because I can never find the things when I first get it so I have to go back to them every so often to find the 'checklist' items. . . but I am determined!! Thanks for the great PC that will provide me with lots of enjoyment . . . and frustration ;-)
Response: I am happy to supply you with enjoyment, sorry about the frustration, lol. You are welcome for the PC and I wish you luck in finding everything! :)
Comment: What a beautiful church Sacred Heart is and I agree - the color does scream pure. The architecture is so beautiful and I'm sure the interior is spectacular. Thanks for the beautiful PC, and have a great week ~~
Response: I was happy to share such a gorgeous building, you are welcome!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard. I do not have many from New Zealand so it is a welcome addition. I thought that it had come directly across the ocean until I saw the Salt Lake City postmark. How strange that it has traveled so far. I love it though.
Response: I am so glad you like that card, you are very welcome!
Comment: Thanks for the wonderful giraffes in the wild. I stood close to a new baby giraffe and still remember those eyes. I'm tall and slender and felt kinship to an animal that would be taller than me.
Response: You are very welcome! When I saw that you had giraffe listed I hunted for this card!
Comment: Thank you for the great Eagle PC. We have a habitat area in the State park at Perry lake about 15 miles from me. I love seeing them flying around and on trees like this card. The background reminds me of the area at the lake.
Response: We have a habitat similar to this one you describe. I need a better lens to zoom in and get close-ups of them. You are welcome :)
Comment: As soon as I saw the front of the PC, I recognized the Old North Church :-) I lived in Boston years ago and it was one of my favorite places - just so darn much history. Thanks for the great PC and hope you have a great week ~~
Response: Glad it brought back memories for you. You are very welcome! :)
Comment: What a gorgeous snow PC! Virgin snow and a snowy mountain always make the perfect picture :-) We got about an inch here last night but it's frigid cold with gusty winds today so winter is here! Thanks so much for the beautiful snow PC and hope you had a great holiday season!
Response: I loved that scene, was happy to share it with you. Snow sure does make things look pretty, I just wish it stayed in the mountains! You're welcome and Happy New Year!
Comment: We have tons of sea gulls up here! I love them, they are so fun to watch! Our state bird is the Ptarmigan! It turns pure white except for one black spot, every year. We had calm seas and clear skies but it was down in the single digits for temps, so no fun to be outside. We always drive down to the beach and to the harbor to see the birds on the ocean. Rafts of them. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Response: I will trade ya birds! Hope you enjoy the holidays!
Comment: LOL. Thanks for the Turkey pc with the weird Utah laws! I'd heard of the one about fishing while on horseback. I hadn't heard the one about the husband being responsible for his wife's criminal acts committed in his presence. LOL. I'll be sure to let my DH know about that one!
Response: You're welcome! I laughed when I read them all, there are some pretty weird ones!
Comment: Thanks for the great card, Keri! Is that island w/buffalo that you mentioned on the Great Salt Lake? The city of Denver has a buffalo heard just west of town off I-70. Three years ago when my cousin from Australia was here visiting we stopped to see them and noticed that there was a mom and baby in a separate, enclosed area. The mom still had the birth sack hanging from her, so it was obvious that her calf had just been born -- she was licking it clean even! My cousin is a mid-wife and she found it all very fascinating.
Response: Yes, it's called Antelope Island (ironic cuz it houses more bison than anything) and they all just roam free around the island. Most of the time you have to drive slowly through them as they are all over the road. Makes it great for some good pictures. The babies are so cute! There was one in particular who would jump everytime my camera went off, it was funny. You're welcome for the PC :)
Comment: I sent my partner a mt. st. Helen's card too. the aftermath of that volcano was unbelievable. the wind was blowing so that Oregon got most of the ash. you could sweep your porch and an hour later there would be 2 more inches of ash. I can still taste it.
Response: I can't even imagine! Hope you had a great weekend!
Comment: What an ugly ugly card! LOL.....It was perfect! OMG...I am so sorry, after you asked me about this I went to check it and here it was sitting with a ♥ and everything, but I never clicked send. It was a great card and thank you so so much for checking.
Response: No worries! Just wanted to make sure it arrived. You are welcome for the UGLY card! :)
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful panoramic postcard. I've been toying with the panoramic feature on my phone and taken some pretty cool pics. One was of the beach at sunset. I'd recommend playing with it!
Response: Sunsets are my fave, so I definitely will have plenty of panos of those when I finally test it out. You are welcome!
Comment: Thanks for this great snow scene from Utah. It's finally starting to get cooler here. We don't usually get snow here, but we did get some 3 years ago. It was so cool . Have a great fall season.
Response: It has snowed in the mountains mostly. A tich in the valley. I want to be able to enjoy fall, but it always snows before Halloween here. I live in the wrong state to not like snow, lol. You're welcome!
Comment: Gorgeous PC. . . I think fall is such a beautiful time of year! The leaves in the green space behind my house are starting to turn but it'll be a couple more weeks before we get to full fall color here. Thanks for the beautiful PC and have a great week ~~
Response: I am heading up the canyon this weekend to see if the colors are changing yet, camera in hand for many pictures. You're welcome and I hope you enjoy the beautiful season!
Comment: Keri...Thanks for the beautiful PC of the seagulls...it is not easy to get pics of them (I tried at the beach this summer with no luck...lol) . Hope you are enjoying your condo. I moved in the spring and really NEED to do some painting so at least you have gotten started :) Hugs...Charlene
Response: I started but I am not sure I will ever finish, lol. You are very welcome!
Comment: Hi Keri ~~ Great PC of the U of Utah! I'm not big on college football but do like pro football. I haven't really lived in a university area so imagine that may be why. Have a great week. . . and enjoy the football!!!
Response: It is a great campus. Im not much into pro ball, just the superbowl really. I will enjoy my football :) Thanks !
Comment: Ski lifts are SCARY! I'm with you on that! Thank you for a lovely swap. :-)
Response: The last time I went on one they didnt put the handle rail down so I didnt think there was one. We rode the whole way to the top with no bar in front of us! That really freaked me out! You are welcome for the PC :)
Comment: I know what you mean I never know if I sent the same one or not to the same person twice or told them the same story, lol!! (I have an excuse I'm old, LOL!!) No I love the postcard I have not had that one! THANK YOU greatly! You have the best handwriting mine is so hard to read but I am thankful I can. Have a beautiful Sunday! Hugs, Dawn
Response: Thanks for the lovely comments. Can I use the excuse of being old? I sure feel that way! You are very welcome, I am happy to share!
Comment: Oh thanks for the postcards! I love both of them. I used to have a dog like that one except the black parts were more of a gray color. The other one is great too. I would love to be able to go up there and just get away from it all. Do you have a cabin or just visit for the day? I saw mountains one time a few years ago and they were gorgeous!
Response: Just day visits. I just need to find me a sugar daddy to buy me my own cabin. haha kidding! (well sorta) You are welcome for the PC's!
Comment: Keri - Once again you have sent fabulous PCs!! I so enjoy having you as partner ;-) I wish I could say I had a favorite but would have to say they ALL are my favorites for different reasons. Thanks again for the great selection . . . and see you again soon~
Response: I am glad you enjoy the cards I selected for you, it makes me very happy! Glad to have you as a partner as well! You are welcome!
Comment: Great swap -- you always package your swaps nicely. The one of Marine Land and Game Farm is just a stone's throw from where I live! How about that??!! Thank you Keri.
Response: I didnt realize you were so close to there, hopefully they were cards you have never seen before! Thank you for the lovely comments, I am SO glad you enjoyed the package! You are very welcome!
Comment: Keri...LOVE the muti-view of Utah...in all my military travels that is one state that I never got to see. Yes, it is nice to be back on the bot after my move!!! I really missed the "happy mail". Have a great week...Charlene
Response: Yay! I am glad you enjoyed it! You are welcome!
Comment: Great PC! I lived in S. Cal for 17 years and went to San Diego 3-4 times a year for a weekend and Old Town was a favorite place to go and especially for the Mexican food!! Thanks for the PC that brought back many wonderful memories for me ~~
Response: I would love to live there, to bad I can't afford it! I am glad you enjoyed the PC, you are welcome!
Comment: Keri, I hate to tell you this but those were not antelope on the antelope island Postcard. You have been dupped those are bison or buffalo. HAHAHHAHAHA ok never mind, but I liked the PC and liked your explanation on why you love the pC and the place.
Response: Ya, it is ironic for the name, you see way more other wildlife, but I saw ONE antelope once! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Comment: Keri ~ What a beautiful PC - absolutely breathtaking! We have had very little snow this year, about an inch on two occasions, and didn't get any of the snow hitting the NY and New England area - those poor people. Thanks again for the beautiful PC and happy swapping ~~
Response: I love snow covered mountains, I just had driving in the stuff! I am so glad you enjoyed your PC, you are welcome!
Comment: Thanks for the great postcard! I'm surviving the holidays so far, but my fiance and I have our grand tour of the families Sunday-Tuesday so I'm mentally preparing for that. Plus, we're planning a wedding and EVERYONE wants to know EVERY little detail about EVERYTHING! Hope you're surviving as well :) Happy Swapping!
Response: Tell them to buzz off and wait to attend the big day! You are welcome for the PC!
Comment: Thanks so much for the terrific Las Vegas postcard that you sent! Have been there multiple times and have very few postcards... guess we were caught up in the fun & I forgot about the postcards! Sounds like you had fun, too!
Response: It's always a good time! You are very welcome for the card!!
Comment: Keri ~ Snow already?? I love to see snow falling and even seeing it outside, but HATE to have to shovel it and clean off the care - luckily since I'm now retired I don't have to do that when we do get snow in this area. I love the PCs you sent - the 'board Utah' one is really different! Thanks again for the great PCs and hope to see you soon at your mailbox ~~
Response: We always get snow before halloween here, without fail. I dont mind the snow, just hate driving in it, my car slides all over the place. You are very much welcome for the PCs :)
Comment: Keri ~ Oh my, the Lion's Den certainly did need an update - picture definitely taken in the 70s (I had those same candle holders with the tapers!). I love the PC itself but reminds me of a place that needs the show Restaurant Impossible or Bar Rescue!!! Hard to believe that at one time that decor was considered very swanky - LOL now however!!! Thanks for the great PC - brought back great memories : )
Response: I sure hope its been renevated since then! I am so glad you enjoyed it!
Comment: I love giraffes! Thanks for the wonderful postcard, Keri. I'm tall and thin and think of the giraffe as my animal. I clearly remember visiting Busch Gardens in Tampa and seeing eye-to-eye with a (baby) giraffe - it was *great*.
Response: I'd love one day to fo on a safari, some day I will make it out of the country! You are welcome for the card :)
Comment: Hi Keri, sorry I forgot to rate you. I received your envie 2 weeks ago. Sorry to rate you so late. Thanks for the very nice nature/ flower cards you sent me, I love them very much!! Hope you have a wonderful day. :")
Response: No worries :) I am glad you enjoyed them! You're welcome.
Comment: Love the Denver postcard that you sent... your camels along the side of the road tops our prairie dogs peaking out from their burrows watching all the highway traffic... they still make me laugh when I think about them!-)
Response: Even though I never played it that scerario reminds me of Wac-A-Mole for some reason, lol. Glad you enjoyed that PC :)
Comment: Thanks so much for the great postcard! Like you, I'm not a religious person but love the architecture of cathedrals and temples. I have to go to Salt Lake City and see it for myself someday ... the temple looks amazing! :)
Response: It's best at time time when its all lit up! You are very welcome :)
Comment: Love beautiful snow scenes, too. Love 'em even more when spring is in the air... I'm a spring gal... it's my favorite season of the year! Thanks for the great postcard reminder of winter, though! LOL!
Response: Im a Spring/Fall gal, but we always get jipped on those seasons here in Utah!
Comment: The RESEND postcard arrived today! Love the evening view of the Great Salt Lake that you sent... lovely, peaceful scene! Thanks so much... do I even want to imagine what happened to the first card (or will it just make me sad)?
Response: I always wonder what happens to the lost, but will never actually really know! I am glad that PC made it safely!
Comment: I adore the postcard. Thank you. It reminds me of the one that flew into my enclosed backporch one night. When I walked out on the dark porch, the eyes scared me until I realized what it was. I had to leave the door open for it to fly out on its own.
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed that card. You are welcome!
Comment: I haven't gotten a postcard from you in awhile! Thanks so much for the pretty postcard and I can agree, the warmer weather is nice! However, last night when I got home I was sweating it was so hot! Happy Swapping!
Response: Ya, it works that way. It's cold and ya want it warmer then when its warmer you want it cooler, lol. You're welcome for the PC :)
Comment: What a beautiful view! I personally love winter and would love to live closer to a mountain range. Thank you very much :D
Response: I love winter only for the fact that the snow covers the mountains and its so beautiful. I hate the snow in the valley. Maybe I would like it a bit better if I had a car that drove decent in it, I slide all over the place! You are welcome for the PC :)
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful Red Fox postcard. I love it!
My answer to your question came instantly (even before I had finished reading the question!) The wild animal I would choose to have as a pet would definitely be a tiger. They are my favourite animal!(:
Response: Glad you love the card, I enjoy sending that one out. I would love to have one of those as well. Playing with a baby tiger and then watching him/her grow. You're welcome.
Comment: Thanks for the Pixar card. I love Pixar films - I try to reverse engineer the construction of the films while I catch all the humor. I got the box of cards and have been sending them out and am thrilled to receive one back. I like the new postcard stamps. Oh well. I'll use remaining 29 ones when I send to you :-D
Response: You don't have to change the stamps for me, lol. It's the postcard I prefer so no worries there! You are welcome for the card :)
Comment: I love the card, perfect for me. As for your question, yes, I would take a trip by myself. In fact, I periodically drive the 250 miles to see my sister and stay either with her or in a motel. Three years ago I took a train trip from my home in Anaheim to my daughter's in Iowa. I am planning a second trip. I also go out to the desert by myself once in awhile. I also travel with my husband at times.
Response: Glad you enjoyed the card :) I want to go on a small trip and not have to worry about making someone else happy and fulfilling there trip enjoyment. I want to do my own things on my own time and take a million pictures. Not sure yet where I want to go....
Comment: First off, your card me smile, and then when I read that it was THE Butch Cassidy of Paul Newman/Robert Redford fame... WOW! The guy in the postcard would have given those 2 Hollywood actors a run for their money in the looks department, wouldn't he? What a handsome devil he was! Loved that movie, BTW! Thanks for the great card!
Response: Yay! I am so happy you enjoyed that card!
Comment: My most favorite thing about the season is Food&Fun and Merriment. The card you sent of the little black kitty tugged at my heart. My cat is Black so he made me heart you for sending the cute postcard. Thanks!
Response: I am happy your cat makes you do nice things :) You're welcome!
Comment: I love the kitten postcard! My answer: My mother is my biggest inspiration. She always is cheerful, thinks the best of people, is 89 and still active and creative, she loves unconditionally. I try to be like her.
Response: She sounds like an amazing woman. I am glad you enjoyed the card :)
Comment: Hi Keri & thanks so much for the Beatles, Abbey Road PC. I'm sorry it's taken me a while to rate, I got behind with the craziness of the holiday. You're probably better off without a caffeine addition. It's like a ball & chain for me, I just can't give it up. ;) Have a Happy New Year!
Response: Happy New Year! Glad you enjoyed the card! :)
Comment: Thanks for the capitol of Utah PC ~ I was born in Utah (my dad was stationed there) and have been there several times ~ it's a beautiful State. This PC goes right into my collection : )
Thanks again, and happy holidays ~~
Response: Glad you liked it :) The capital is a gorgeous building, specially at night. You miss Utah at all?
Comment: Hi Keri & thanks so much for the cute Utah bear cub PC. I think you're right, a small bear cub would be fun to play with, if the mama was away. They're probably much less cuddly than they look. Take Care ;)
Comment: I ♥ the baby skunk; too cute!! You got sprayed? UGH...was the smell worse?!
Response: It's one of my favorite cards! Yes, I was sprayed my senior year in high school. The smell is not as strong as the smell in the air and had a different scent to it. It was awful! Tomato juice bath was a bit weird too, lol.
Comment: What a fantastic postcard! It is, indeed, awfully ugly in the best possible way - thank you for taking note of my profile :)
Do you know the song "Another Postcard of Chimpanzees" by Barenaked Ladies? Every time I see this postcard I think of it!
Mini-shark pets definitely sound like something that would sell well. There is a business to be had in that one.
Thanks again! L x
Response: I had to look the song up on youtube, I didnt know what it was, lol. Glad you liked that card! :) You're welcome.
Comment: What a wonderful resend!!! I lived in Southern Cal for many years and loved going to San Diego and this bridge is fantastic ~~ thanks for the great resend, and I still haven't received your original send but if I ever do, I'll let you know : )
Response: It was a card of the Macanaw (sp) bridge. I love San Diego, and that bridge is always fun to go over! You're welcome :)
Comment: The baby animals are so cute. I just got 2 kittens and they're fun. I hope that some day you do get a chance to travel and see some. I haven't done alot of traveling but I've tried to do more this year and it's been a great experience.
Response: Not much travel under my belt either, I just need an infinite cash flow and it wouldnt be a problem! LoL
Comment: What a magnificent garden scene! That doesn't look like it would take much upkeep, does it? When we had our landscaping redone a few years ago... that was my number one concern... what looks good, but takes no care at all! My gardening days are over...LOL! Love it looking pretty, though! Thanks!
Response: Im sure if it was mine it'd die, I can't keep anything alive! LoL You're welcome for the card!
Comment: What pretty pictures, thank you. I really liked the second one you took while hiking. The coloring in the photo - I can't tell whether it was evening or if it was early morning. Regardless, I think it's quite beautiful. Thank you so much!
Response: It was just about sunset, the sky is gorgoeus at that time in the valley. I was more than happy to share, you are very welcome :)
Comment: Lol I think it's awesome that I got the great salt lake card from you. I saw it and I was like that's 10 minutes away! Lol! I hadn't heard from anyone else that lived in Utah on here. I was beginning to wonder if I was one of the only active Utahans on this site. :) Thanks for the card ^.^
Response: Ya, I thought the same thing. Glad you enjoyed the card, you're welcome!
Comment: Thanks for the nice cad, Keri--I love the quote as it's so true! Our Rockies, west of Denver had as much as 6 inches of snow above 10,000 feet just a few days ago--the leaf peepers will be out soon and I will be among them!
Response: I love leaf peeping! LoL Im sure I will be among the ones here. You're welcome for the card!
Comment: I've only passed through Las Vegas a few times - never had time to stop. I changed planes there once and was not so surprised to find slot machines even in the airport. I'm glad to hear it's a fun place. Thanks for the postcard.
Response: You gotta stay and play at least once in your lifetime! You're welcome.
Comment: Thanks for the great card! I've never thought about how we see the sun at the beach we usually go to compared to the west coast....we see the sunrise..and wow, it can be unusually BRIGHT as it shines on the ocean!!
Response: Over the ocean is my favorite to view the sun! You're welcome for the PC :)
Comment: What a beautiful view! You are fortunate to see mountains from every angle. I wish we had some here, but at least we do have a beautiful beach on the Gulf Coast, but I think I'd rather have mountains!
Response: How bout we swap?! Yes I do love the mountains, but I love me the beach!!
Comment: Love the flower card you sent... I, too, miss the spring flowers, but with the heat we've been having here... I'm missing our summer flowers, too. The hydrangeas and even the hosta flowers are a mess... so sad!
Response: Ya, its too hot here to keep flowers alive, all of ours are dead too! I can't give them the constant watering attention they need :(
Comment: Love the butterfly PC!! :D If I knew it was my last day on earth, in all honestly.. i'd probably want to have sex. :p But other than that! I'd most likely want to see my best friend, and my family one last time to tell them i love them.
Response: Glad you enjoyed the PC! LoL, nice answer....I am sure its the same answer my bf would give haha.
Comment: I love the lab puppy postcard!! Instantly I went awwwww. My husband wants a Husky too but I have been saying no for years - we are lazy and Huskies require active owners with consistent discipline and training - in otherwords NOT us...lol. Thanks again, I love it!!
Response: Glad you liked it. I think the first time I saw it I went 'Awwww' as well, lol. Ya, my bf keeps saying dogs are too high maintenance for us to get, but his cat IS the worst. I am not a cat fan AT ALL! I just want me a doggy! You're welcome for the card!
Comment: Great card with a super quote. Can you believe that I quoted Dr. Seuss for this card, too ("Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.") I'd just returned home from visiting my daughter and grandbabies.... Thanks for the great card, Keri!
Response: Dr Suess has many great quotes! :) You are welcome for the card!
Comment: EEEEK, I'm so far behind with my "bookkeeping!" Thanks for the University of Utah card. This must be where you went to colleeg, or you just a fan because you now live near it? I go to U of Arizona games....but I graduated from U of Maine! Thanks for the card, Keri.
Response: Just a football fan, used to go to all the home games til they jacked the prices up! LoL You are welcome!
Comment: Great fun postcard. Who knew that Utah had a state dinosaur? Is this an amusement park? I have grandkids who are very into that kind of thing.
Response: It's kinda an amusement park. The dinos in the pic are all over the place and some make noise. You just walk around trails seeing all of them. The only time I went I was an adult and had fun! LoL
Comment: Hey K! Great SD PC! :) Brings back very fond memories of a driving trip I took with my son from Vegas to SD about 5 years ago (he was living in Las Vegas at the time). We had a wonderful time there! Thanks for the great card! Teresa (tintenn)
Response: We did the exact drive a few weeks ago. We hit Vegas first, then to San Diego and back home! The drive sucks! LoL You are welcome!
Comment: I haven't been to Vegas for 16 years but when I lived in CA, I went often and always had a great time. It's changed considerably since I left that area so I'm sure it's even more fabulous now. Thanks for the great multiview!!!
Response: You are welcome! This was the first time going that I actually had some money to do the activities (not much of a gambler and I dont drink) So getting to do the other stuff was so fun! Glad you liked it!
Comment: Hi, Thanks so much for the sweet postcard of the baby Bobcat! I also love the wild cats. We lived in Panama for 3 years and I had a jaguarundi for a pet there. He was wonderful. His name was Satchmo. ~Gail
Response: What is a jaguarundi? LoL You're welcome!
Comment: Keri, I love this postcard...do they decorate the Castle at Disney Land at Christmas, they do here and as beautiful as it is all the time at Christmas time it is just breath taking! My dream is to stay in the Castle too! Thanks so much! Lynnie
Response: Lynnie - I am not sure if they decorate it at Christmas. I haven't been there at that time. I did go during October and they had the Nightmare Mansion done up like the Nightmare before Christmas, that was pretty cool!
Comment: Totally with you on the weather. The winter does not want to let up here just yet either, though we've had 80s it is currently 42 and drizzly. Yuck. I like the Zion card. I wanted to see this spot, but the day I was there the trail was closed due to flash flood warnings.
Response: Ya, the weather can't decide what it wants to do here. We get so jipped on Spring! We really only have 2 seasons here...Summer and Winter!
Comment: ty for the arches pc. i wonder if I could hike that far to be able to see those arches.... My favorite vacation place is Helen, Ga. It is a beautiful place in the mountains. My hometown is not somewhere that I can easily enjoy anymore. I live in sw Georgia. I really miss the vactions that we went on with the rest of the family. I love any vaction spent with my husband. :-) hope it is lovely where you are. Suzanne
Response: I was told I could make it to the arches even for my fat butt! I hope to make it there someday. We were supposed to go last fall but the weather was really bad the weekend we planned on going. You are welcome for the card.
Comment: great pix! love how blue the water is in the first one! the cheesecake looks yummy! the one from Jackson Hole is amazing! and kerry Park is one of my fave places-we've watched the 4th of July fireworks from there! and the fall colors-WOW! Really enjoyed your photos-thanks for sharing! :)
Response: The water at Bear Lake is so amazing, love it. Cheesecakeis SO yummy, of course! Kerry Park would be awesome for fireworks, how crowded was it there?
Comment: Thanks for the great Utah postcard. I just returned from a road trip to Colorado. We were hoping to scoot over into Utah, but the weather this weekend through the Rockies messed it up. We did get into one blizzard at a 12,000 foot pass - what an adventure. Talk about summer and winter meeting head-on! Thanks again!
Response: Yes, I am so sick of the snow, Spring just needs to get here! You're welcome :)
Comment: Beautiful card! Will be adding this to my structures & historical buildings collection. It looks alot like a church near my home when I was in my teens, brings back memories... Thanks so much!
Response: You are welcome! I love those getting cards with churches on them and love when I can share them with other people! I am so glad you liked it!
Comment: Thank you for the card! What's funny is that I got a slightly different, same state, multi-view card from someone else in this swap and they don't even live in your state! Great minds think alike and there are no coincidences! Haha! Have a great week!
Response: Great minds do think alike. I am, the great mind and everyone else is the think alike!! LoL j/k You are very welcome!

Comment: Thanks for the koala postcard. Koalas are interesting characters, particularly because they're just as lazy if not more sedentary than my favorites, pandas. :) They are equally as cute thanks to their soft appearance and animated beady eyes. Thanks again for the pc and for starting up this swap! Have a great weekend!
Response: You are very welcome! Ya, they are lazy, lol. Every single one of the at the zoo was cuddled in the tree sleeping, but yet it was still one of my favorite animals to see, LoL.
Comment: What a beautiful postcard. I am glad that I did this one. Pink, Hot pink, is one of my fav colors. This is exquisite. Thanks so much. Could you please send me your address so that I may send you a postcard back? I like to do that for my swap partners. Thanks....Robin
Response: I'm glad you liked it. Yes pink is a great color! :) You are very welcome!
Comment: Keri-thank you for the Utah card, I have never been there before. Degrassi always Craig, Spinner and Ashley.. New ones don't compare, though my boyfriend kinda got sucked in watching too now only when I do though.
Response: My boyfriend watches it with me too! Makes fun but yet doesnt do anything when its on. I only get to see all the re-runs though. LoL You're welcome. :)
Comment: Thanks for the awesome Postcard, Keri. I loved it. I am with you about the snow. I'm *SOOO* over the snow and winter. Thanks again for the great pc - it will be a great addition to my collection :) Have a great week!!! :)
Response: I am so glad you liked it. I was tempted to keep it, but I thought I'd share! LoL
Comment: Well that 'monument' is pretty odd yet interesting! :) Do you know what state it's in? Thanks for the postcard.
Response: I actually took the pic on the way to a concert. It's in Utah, very close to the Nevada border. On the way to a town called Wendover, NV. It's so ugly, I would have gladly taken the guys money rather than him doing that! haha
Comment: Thank you! I love the cathedral. I received it yesterday.
Response: Wow, that took awhile to get to ya, I am sorry for that. I am glad you liked it. The inside of that cathedral is breath taking. I love how it stands much taller than any onter building in its area.
Comment: I absolutely love your sunset picture.. it's so beautiful!! And the view of the water too! :) Thanks a lot for not sending me the spider pictures.. I would have had nightmares!!! :( ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Response: Glad you liked them! Yes, the sunset picture is on my top 5, my bf loved the canvas print I got of it. Wish you a happy and healthy new year!
Comment: Keri, I just love your Christmas card. It is so pretty, so elegant, and thank you for the TLC you put into it. Merry Christmas to you! Celia
Response: You are welcome! I am so glad you liked it. I used to make cards all the time and haven't for ages. So I was happy to get back into the swing of things. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
Comment: Live, love, laugh and be happy! Red robin song! I'm so glad I got your first card! Love it! So you're a scrapbooker, too! Thanks for thinking of me with the cheery note! You're good!!
Response: Im really not much of a scrapbooker. I have stamps and punches and all that sort from making cards. I am so very glad you liked it, I was scared to send a handmade one! LoL I wish you a very happy holidays!
Comment: Thanks so much for the swap Keri! You'll be happy to know I received your replacement post card today, and the original lol!! A whole almost 2 weeks later! Wow, talk about a delay hehe!! Thanks for sending for me :)
Response: Why the crap did it take so long for the original to come!? Does it have the postmark date I sent it? I really did send it when I marked it sent! Maybe the mail carrier hung it on the visor for awhile admiring it. Id stare at it for quite awhile. And you are welcome :)
Comment: Hey Keri, I found the box in my kids toy box. Thank you, I love both of them. My daughter is trying to take it from me. LOL... And yes, I wasn't going to send all, but saw that you preferred naked cards...so I chose to send it naked. Maybe we can do another swap, if you want. Hehe...
Response: Bribe them. Take them for ice cream if they find the box for you! LoL
Comment: Oh my goodness, Salt Lake City looks huge! I've never been anywhere except in the south, so I've not made it to the state of Utah. Thanks so very much for the post card, loved it and the note you wrote to me!
Response: You are welcome, I'm glad you liked it. I have a few spots in the city I go that make a great view just like that!
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful Arches Natl park pc. I've been to Zion, Capitol reef, and some other places in So Utah butnot Arches. I hope you have a great time on your visit!!
Response: You are welcome! I have never been to Capital Reef, even though I live here. Until recently I didn't do too much outdoor stuff, and now I can't get enough of it. I am super excited for the upcoming trip, thanks for the wishes. :)
Comment: Thanks for the postcard, I didn't know the seagull was the state bird... that explains why I saw them all over the place when I visited. We have them all over the place here too, but as I live just a few miles east of Seattle and Puget Sound, that's to be expected :)
Response: We went to Seattle back in July. I liked it alot, but driving in Seattle sucks! We did the usual touristy things cept for the one I wanted to do the most. I missed getting a pic with the troll!
Comment: Loved the card! You know you received an awesome postcard when you go online to find a website! I am happy for you to be able to go and enjoy this beautiful park.Thank you for such a nice card!

Response: Went to CA for vacation. I live in Utah.
Comment: Thank you so much for the adorable Halloween hanger and magnets! I love them all ;-)
Response: You are welcome :) I thought making those little things into magnets would be super cute. I made extra to hang on my cabinets in my office and for my fridge at home. I'm glad you enjoyed them :)
Comment: Hiya, Keri! Thanks for your pleasant, quick comment! :) Do give me a holler if you ever come here for vacation! Actually, I toured the West Coast back in my teens, so I don't have a very strong recollection of San Diego but the entire trip was very fun. I used to be an avid reader back in my childhood but as I got older I read lesser. So mostly, the stuff I read now are film, music, graphic novel, pop culture & art related, nothing too serious! I love graffiti but I hate tagging or just ugly defacing of properties. I was so excited to catch Banksy's exhibition in Bristol & to see some of his earlier works around the town. I don't do any myself as it's illegal over here. Broken Social Scene came back for the second time recently & they were awesome! Belle & Sebastian played too. I'm watching The Album Leaf again next weekend and I'm totally thrilled about seeing Vampire Weekend in late Oct! I totally agree, listening to great music & walking around art galleries is definitely a fun thing to do! :)
Response: I don't like defacing graffiti either, but when its actually a person for real art I love the way it looks. I really don't get the point of writing your name all over everyones property. Vampire Weekend was here not to long ago, I missed them but I think they will be back soon. I didn't like them when I first heard them but they have grown on me and I have them downlaoded to my pod!
