Comment: Hi Jessica! I received your box of birthday gifts today, along with birthday card. I love the card so much of the cute dog & Chihuahua sticker on envelope. Thank you very much! Thank you so much for joining my swap too. I appreciate so much! I'm going to wait until my birthday to open the gifts. Which is Feb. 5th & not far off at all. I will let you know on my day, that I opened them & thank you properly. Well, I couldn't wait any longer & it's just 2 days before my birthday too, hee hee! But I wanted you to know, How much I love ya right now! Thank you ever very much for the two skeins of Mandala Lion brand yarn in Sphinx and the Croquette Red Heart in Tidepool color. I love them so much & will be using the Mandala yarn for a Infinity scarf for myself. Thank you again!
Comment: Thanks for the Placerville postcard! I did find it a bit interesting, because it is a new place to me, and I liked that it was an aerial view! I think if it had been a skyline, it wouldn't have been as interesting!
Comment: Thank you for your wonderful letter ! I know how it feels to have so many book and never be able to choose what to read next maybe you could get someone to pick your next book for you and definitely stick to reading what they choose. You never know something wonderful might come of it.
Comment: What a thoughtful package you sent me. I'm excited to try all these varieties of tea. And I'm even more excited that you sent some that I would love. It was so thoughtful of you to send me the washi and duct tape. I am making a dessert journal and can't wait to use this tape on some of the pages. I'm excited to have some new mugs and to try these biscuits. I've never heard of them before. Thank you so much for sending such a thoughtful Swap.
Response: I tried to pay attention to the types of tea you liked & I'm glad that you're so excited about them! I have a washi addiction myself so it was really fun to see what I could find with a tea theme! I'm glad you enjoyed the package =D
Comment: I love reading about your fun and the things you like to do. I had a friend read the letter to me as it was in handwriting. I can not read hand-writing very well. For the matter almost any text that is below an
18 point text is difficult to read- too small. No matter I still enjoy receiving mail, and it does not matter as I can have my friend read it. MQ
Comment: Hey, be nice to Mr. Fluffy Bumberkins! He deserves to be treated better! What kind of person are you? Moles? Seriously? Chicken liver pate would be just about good enough ... you people really have never heard of cats rights, have you? :D His acceptance of the moles is just another sign of his big graciousness!
Response: Moles? Hah! Moles are below even my cats! If you check the comment again (did you even read it in the first place?!) You'll see I specifically stated VOLES with a 'v'. These are quite different from /moles/ I'll have you know and require skill and patience to catch. *haughty sniff*
Comment: Did you ever find out the exchange ratio for annoying songbirds? and if they have to be annoying, or simply songbirds?
Response: I did, in fact, not find this information out! But it all worked out in the end! My cats decided to send a gopher and three (non-annoying) songbirds to the Kind and Generous Mr. FluffyBumberkins! He also sent them a slightly used Vole! I think both parties are quite pleased!
Comment: Mr. FluffyBumberkins would like to offer you a (slightly used) vole in exchange for your commentary. xo
Response: A slightly used vole is more than Kitkat and Jax expected! They themselves had forwarded three song birds and a fresh gopher to Mr. FluffyBumberkins and send their apologies that it does not meet his trade specifications but hope he will be pleased with them!
Comment: Happy spring! I wish I could give you a bagillion hearts, but I can't, so I suppose you're stuck with just one. Finally getting around to writing a little rating for this swap, which took a while because life. (sigh) Life doesnay like me much.
Wow, though, wow.
Just wow. You put 'profile based' to a while new meaning. A few stocking stuffers? Wasn't that what we started out aiming for? And then you basically filled up my entire tree? I guess I'm done swapping now, because no one could ever top that box of everything. So many steampunk doodads! I love the hairpiece. The goggles, no one's ever sent me goggles! The shoelaces! The tea! My favorite hot chocolate! The fancy steampunk box. All of the tiny little things, crystals and beads and doodads! ROUND tarot cards, that's pretty awesome, weren't those what started this whole box of crazy off in the first place? I've never had anyone spend that much time thinking about what I might like based on my profile. It was amazing.
You brought some joy into my life. So, in eBay terms... A++ would swap again. :D
Response: Fwaaa~ I thought I had already responded to you (so sorry!). I'm so happy you enjoyed everything! The tarot cards were indeed what started it all *laugh* Hearing that you had fun opening and sifting through everything has really made me smile! And of course, as you put it, A++ would swap with you again <3
Comment: Dang, you really packed tea into that package, didn't you. I know you're destashing to move but man, you make me look so ungenerous! Rofl. I haven't brewed any of them yet, but they are all so unusual! I'm a little worried that smeagol tea might be fishy... the lemongrass one smells amazing and I know I'll love the berry one! I'm not sure what to make of the hops in tea but I love beer so we'll see after it goes into the hot water, I guess!
Response: Oh no! I never meant to make you feel that way! When I had the Smeagol tea I found that it was actually very sweet, when you open the package to get a spoonful out, it smells sweet as well! I hope you like them! =)
Comment: Thank you so much for a lovely swap! I really loved the notebook that you used and the way you decorated the pages. The questions are great and you have a nice selection of washi tape!
Response: I am so glad that you liked it! I tried to make it so that each page would be fun to look at and not just the questions!
I am so addicted to washi tape, I have a shoebox full of various samples and full rolls haha!
Comment: It took my a while, but I finally figured out how to open your letter/envelope without completely ruining it and thus, not being able to read it. Thanks so much for the orange embroidery floss, as well!!
Response: I'm sorry about that! I was worried about how that would work out for you! I'm glad you could figure out how to open it though! You're welcome! =)
Comment: Thank you - i just love what you sent! The postcards are amazing and a total knock-out :) And the cute stickers. And the coin is great (i admit that i always wondered about that, but never looked it up). This mail made my day :D
Response: Yay! I'm glad I picked out the right things to send =D I'm glad I made your day and that it got to you in good time!! Enjoy! ^^
Comment: Dear Jessica, thank you ever so much for your amazing postcard <3 I love it so much! I knew a part of the quote saying, but not the whole quote and I must admit it really made me happy reading it, my new favorite quote ;) Thank you so much (and also for the cool panda sticker). Wishing you all the best and sending you my kindest greetings, Aline
Response: Haha! I am happy that you were so excited to receive the postcard, and that I could fill in the missing bit of the quote for you! =)
Comment: Yay! This got here so quickly and it made my day!! I would love to do another swap with you :)
Edit: I just noticed one of the boxes was open and it was missing one VIA packet :( So I'm taking the heart back....but I'll keep it a 5 and not make it a 3. Because Im not sure you noticed this before buying it...
Update: Got the extra VIA you sent. Thank you! Very kind!
Response: Oh my gosh I am so so sorry. I didn't realize it was open. I thought I had thoroughly checked the packages. I'll send you something to make up for it and let the store know, because the packages I picked up were right next to the register.
