Comment: It's magical! Thank you for sending such a wonderful package. I love your drawings and the story to go along with them. Is the fabric you sent with the cool scribbles heat set? Or should I avoid using it on something that will go through the wash? Thanks also for the note. I love little peaks into another's life.

Comment: Love the chalkboard look on the written side and the variety of washi tape on the front. Such bright happy tapes-especially like the scottie dog of course and the zentangling between the tapes-very creative. Thanks for sharing!
Response: Glad you like it and it arrived safe (I used quite a few layers of gel medium to keep all the tape & paper layers down!!) Damp and cold are NOT friends to collage!! T/Y for the lovely comments & ratings!

Response: I think it is just one waterfall, but you could be correct. The original photo is pretty high contrast so details aren't super clear. But I'm glad you enjoyed it and appreciated the stitching detail! Thanks so much for the 5 & ♡

I have been reinforcing some of my envies with a piece of cardboard from a cereal box but now I will just make the envelope out of the box itself next time. Such a good idea! Your paper selection is great and I love the way you use washi tape to make your envelopes. PS. Your cursive is great, I have cursive envy because mine still looks like it came from a fifth grader's homework.

Response: Thanks so much! So happy you like everything! Check out Doodlers Annonymous for other doodle bombs. I put a light wash of gesso on a magazine pic & the lightly sketch on top with pencil. Then when I'm happy with design, I fill in with Sharpies, gel pens etc. Super fun & you can alter the image just a bit or go all "Day o Dead" on it!! Try it out sometime...you'll ♡ it! Thanks sooo much for the props & ♥ & rating!

Response: Thanks for the heart! I brush a coat of gesso & then use either acrylic spray inks, fluid acrylics or sometimes watercolors. Sprayiing a mist of water helps the colors run. I do dry some colors in between layers to avoid "muddy messes" Hope that helps you in your experements!
