Hello everyone! ( A Big thank you to whoever it was that sent me Mailing labels via Current! There was no way for me to know who it was from but I am very appreciative!)
A quick note to all members on Swap-Bot: Life is hard for everyone at times. Be Kind. Be less critical. Be considerate of others feelings. i think we all do our best and some here are more talented than others. Remember - above all, paper craft trading is not life and death. It is for the enjoyment and enrichment of all of our lives.
*** NOTE: I always Rate immediately, however, I am noticing that the ratings do not always "stick"! I get reminders to rate and I have already done that - sometimes twice!
PLEASE PM me before giving me a low rating! I will make it right! I rate all the swaps I receive as soon as I get them!
I do not flake and try my best to meet all the swap requirements that I sign up for!
Let me know if something arrives "postage due" and I will quickly and kindly reimburse!
Briefly, I am retired and live with my awesome husband of 20 years. We have 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Also, a very special rescued Cat named "Lucky".
HISTORY - my nickname comes from the 100+ year old church my husband and I bought several years ago which will become a wedding chapel that I have named "2Hearts Chapel". It is the oldest building in the small town I live in and sits under 100+ year old Live Oak trees planted in memory of soldiers lost during WW1. It is "famous" as Goldie Hawn made a movie outside of it called "Hope". We have completely renovated it with new hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a large antique (from the late 1800s) church bell. It's lovely! I hope my vintage wedding venue will be up and running soon (making progress on that!).
ALPACAS: I get lots of questions and comments about my alpacas. Unfortunately, I have had to give up on raising alpacas as it is simply too HOT where I live for them to do well. My alpacas, "Baby Neo", "Nilla" and "Paloma" were re-homed up North to cooler weather. I miss them so much!
LIKES: Favorite colors: Blue, Aqua. Love all animals and birds, especially bluebirds. I like Washi tape, blank notecards, Inge postcards, postcards from other countries and sticker sheets (no reward or kiddie ones, please).
ANIMALS: I live on a "hobby farm" of 30 acres and enjoy caring for lots of animals! My animals include 2 horses (1 is blind), 1 miniature donkey (RIP Chico Sept 2023), pygmy goats, chickens, turkeys (RIP Mama Hen Aug 2023), and 1 pot bellied pig named "Wilbur" ! It is plenty of work but much reward.
TRAVEL: DisneyWorld in December 2023 was great! Next planned trip is in Feb. to Biloxi, MS..I love to travel. My husband and I have been all over the USA and some of Europe. I've been to France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Mexico and Russia. Generally, we do not have hotel reservations or an itinerary when we go... we just GO! Such fun and we travel light with only a backpack. We went to Alaska in August 2019 and it was a wonderful experience. I was excited to see a Moose and a gray hump back whale. I never dreamed I would see those! Vegas in October was such fun!
I enjoy going to off Broadway shows. My all- time favorite is The Lion King. I have seen it many times and I also love The Phantom of the Opera. I recently (finally) got to see Les Miserables! What a great show! I saw Jersey Boys in London a few years back and really enjoyed that also! My daughter and I just saw "Jagged Little Pill" based on Alanis Morisette music. I liked the music but not a fan of the show. :-(
I don't have many dislikes except scary things or creepy, gory, witch, etc. I do like Harry Potter along those lines but don't consider that scary.
Please NO food items such as candy and chocolate ** Also, please NO Glitter (what a mess!). Thank you!
Everything I receive is a surprise and I appreciate the effort it takes to participate in the various swaps! I truly appreciate all the effort swappers put into packaging, spending their time and money to send to me. Thank you!

Thank you for the birthday card & tuck-ins! I appreciate you thinking of me! (WW April)
Thank you for the GIFT Feb wishes mail you sent me! Love the cat stickers, washi and most important was the note you sent to me. I was glad to read about your adjustment.
Thank you for the great assortment of stickers for my February WW wishlist! I also love the Wizard of Oz, but specifically the books so I love the notecard you sent them in. One of my favorite details of Oz are the lunchbox/pail trees. I wish they were real!
AATW, January - Thanks so very much for the tea. I would have loved to try the chocolate tea, but my son swiped it from me. Thanks for thinking of me.
Blessings,
Yvonne
Thank you for the January AATW Birthday Card! It was so nice to find this in my mailbox, thank you for blessing me with the card. :)
Thanks for the stickers and note for my November WW wishlist! I haven't been to the Bellagio in a long time, but now I will make a special note that I need to visit the gift shop the next time I visit. Those cases sound like such a neat collection! I love shiny pretty things.
Thank you for the acrylic paints that you sent from Amazon for my November WW! When I had moved in Sept. 2022, I gave away all of my supplies because I didn't know where I would put everything. Now I am settled, so I am slowly getting things back. These are my only acrylic paints right now, can't wait to put them to use! <3 Tracy
