I have a background in fine woodworking and metalwork, but medical challenges have forced a shift in focus. I've been writing poetry and short stories since I was a small child, and I often find voice in my struggles in life by writing.

I love going to second hand stores/charity shops to seek out and find the wonderful weirdness that exists there. Sometimes, I take pictures of finds and turn them into interesting and unique postcards.

My sweetie and I have 3 children ages 5, 8 and 12. They are fun, irreverent, and occasionally quite profound. We are a crafty family.
