I messaged you both through swapbot and your regular email to let you know and to give you the opportunity to respond and make it right. But have never heard from you. Also I let you know that I had to pay the postage due of $7.19. and that you owe me money. I took pictures of everything and sent them to you. I also advised our swap host of the situation and let her know that I would gladly let you resend. Since the swap did not meet any of the requirements I am giving you a 1. Once you make good on it and the monies you owe me I will gladly re-rate you.
