Comment: I understand if you are limited on time,but do not understand why you keep joining swaps. I have had several issues with you concerning you not sending in a timely manner on several different swaps.

Comment: It's time for me to archive this swap and stop expecting that I'll one day receive it. I really, really appreciate how much you communicated with me on it. However, after being promised the swap on October 17 and then again on January 10 and then again on February 14 and lastly on March 13 I think it's time for me to give up hope.

I will rerate when the swaps come in. 1/25/21 Update: I STILL have not received this swap : ( 9/24/21 I received your message and as I stated before I never received a resend, the tracking number you sent me last year did not exist/was unusable, and the group leader angel-ed the swaps. I just moved and changed my address a few weeks ago and that has nothing to do with the swaps that were due almost a year ago. This is resolved on my end as I received the swaps from someone else. Today I received three emails from swapper @Lou on behalf of @klover. @Lou is unrelated to these swaps or the group that they were sent from. @Lou criticized my comments here and condescendingly directed me to read the swap/rating rules and/or contact “Rachel”. @Lou wants me to accept @klover’s 3.5 year old swaps and re-rate her. Then, @Lou informed me that she took my new address she had access to as an administrator of “What’s in Your Mailbox” AND SENT IT ALONG WITH MY PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS TO @klover WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! This is a violation of my privacy and shows she is irresponsible with others’ information, jumps into situations she is not a part of nor has all of the information, and should not be on swapbot, much less an admin! I still haven’t gotten an answer on why she even emailed me on behalf of @klover. @Klover, you say that you did not “know” I never received any of your resends [three supposed sends total], however, I still have the emails, which state on swapbot that you did in fact read my messages. Secondly, the tracking numbers you gave me a couple of years ago were fake. This is the same documentation I have read from other swappers. You have also been banned from other groups and swaps. Perhaps @Lou should have known this information before she took it upon herself to do your bidding. Her involvement is completely uncalled for. Changing a one rating is at the discretion of the rater. A due date is part of the swap description and you did not meet that. In addition, you have lied to myself and others and continue to blame “the postal system” for countless non-sends to swappers rather than taking any responsibility.
