I'm a bit disappointed for all the nice things you wrote after I contacted you regarding this swap, I was really looking forward to receive it! I know a lot of things happen in life, so I'll be very happy to change this rating if I will receive the swap.
Response: I promise it will come eventually. I have it nearly finished - no excuses I know. Life just got crazy.

Comment: Never received anything. Contacted several times, and always got "I'm working on it next week/tomorrow/etc", but nothing ever arrived. Can see on swap page that she is behind on swaps, and says she isn't joining new ones, but she is currently in a few. Will gladly change rating if/when something is received.
Response: No problem. I've got no excuse on this point. Just that I'm swamped. I will rectify this as soon as I possibly can though and I hope at that point you'll rerate. Thanks for your undersatnding.
