You say you are "sorry...sorry about this"...but (apparently!) not sorry enough to actually honor the swap and send me a stinkin' scarf..I mean, it's a 79 cent item, less than a dollar, and it could be crammed into an envelope and mailed for 42 cents. For the love of Pete, this is pathetic. You say you understand the rules of the swap, but it is obvious you do NOT understand. you go ahead and ride your lil' bicycle, honey... I can live without the scarf, but I don't like being repeatedly lied to.
