More often than not, when I see a swap for USA only...I always think how nice it would be to do a Canada ONLY version. You will get one partner, and buy them a small gift from reading their profile. Keep the cost to $5.00 at the very most. It can be one item or it can be a few items as long as its only $5.00 worth, remember you have to pay for postage, too, so just trying to keep the cost down as much as possible.
