Also.....you will send your ATC in an envelope which has been decorated in a Patriotic theme....

Use your imagination and let your creative juices flow!!

Does the outside envie have to be decorated? Or can you put the decorated envie inside another one for mailing? For some reason I have had 2 envies that I decorated get lost in the mail and never seen again in the past 3 months. And I had to resend.

DixieDiane.....you can do either! If you want to put your ATC in a decorated envie and then put them in another envie to mail that's fine!
