Description:

For those who can't or don't feel confident enough for a journal, you will send a postcard to me to be included in the scrapbook I am making for Deb @BobOGrl for when she is recovering from her kidney transplant.

The focus can be on health, friendship, kidneys, kindness, family, and of course....our personal relationship with Deb for those of us who are close with her.

You will send the postcard to me, but you will send a scanned image (or link to flickr or somewhere) of the front and back to your partner.

Flaking on this swap will have you listed in FOPS and just like the people who flaked on the Butterfly swap--karma will get you in the end.

I will weed through participants in this swap and only ban the very seriously questionable swappers. If you need to pay forward some random act of kindness...here is your chance.

This swap will end on Deb's birthday--but I will update if we need to move quicker to wrap it up in the event that a kidney is available.

If you would like to make a monetary donation to help Deb meet her goal, please click this link even if $5 is all you can give, it gets us closer to meeting this goal. Thanks for looking here and considering doing something for this amazing woman and incredible friend.

My address is at the top of my profile, but is:

If you join this swap AND the journal swap--you may absolutely combine postage and send them both together.

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but our postcard can be handmade?

Can you just send a postcard - without joining the swap? - do not have a flicker account?

Your postcard can absolutely be handmade.

And yes, you can send a postcard without joining the swap. I have already received a few. The swaps are for people who need deadlines, like myself.

I just sent a postcard today, but not as part of the swap. :)
