USA ONLY. If it goes over well, I'll make an international version!

Anywho, I decided that maybe a materials swap would be fun to do. :]By materials, I mean anything that would be used for mailing/swapping/penpalling.

Some ideas:

  • Swap cards.
  • Labels, blank or designed. You can use themes if they're given on your partner's profile.
  • a small address book.
  • a cute pen/pencil.
  • stationary.
  • misc. envelopes.
  • misc. memos.
  • notepad.
  • anything else you would use!

Hmm...Lets say maybe a 6x9 envelope? I dont like setting dollar amounts, so size would probably be better. :] Base your choices off your partner's profile, if you can! After reading a comment, there is now a four item amount. Stationary is considered an item when a letterset is sent (ie. 2 stationary sheets and an envelope).

No newbies, and only participants with a rating higher than 4.5. PM if you want to participate but are un-sure about your rating, and I will use my best judgement.

I'd love to join the swap, but I do think there should be some kind of amount requirement. It's so much easier to rate a swap when the required amount is specfic. How about instead of a dollar amount, have participants a certain number of items. If you made it a send 4 item swap, someone can send:

  • Swap cards
  • Labels
  • a small address book
  • stationary

I would suggest that for an item like stationary, there should be 3 pieces to be considered an "item". Just a thought :) What a great idea for a swap
