This swap is in celebration of my reaching 1000 hearts in November 2012. I know it's a bit late but I wanted to wait until closer to Valentine's Day to do this swap.
Make you partner a hanging heart. Any other materials may be used as long as the heart is made primarily of paper. We are only making one hanging heart, so no mini sizes please. Your hanging heart should be at least 3" wide x 4" high (7.5 x 10 cm). Don't forget the hanger. Have fun! P.S. B.S. You know the drill.
