This is for anyone participating in (or thinking about trying) the Day Zero Project, also known as 101 Things in 1001 Days or Mission 101 Project. I've participated in a similar swap before and it was lots of fun, so I'm making it a series.

Group Info: This is also a promotion for my group where there will be many similar swaps throughout the year: 101 Things in 1001 Days. Anyone can join the group. This swap is public, open to anyone, group member or not but future swaps will be for group members only.

About This Swap: In this swap, you will report your monthly progress on your goals to your partners via email. You can link to a blog with entries and/or write about each item you have made progress on or completed during the month of January. You can link to photos of your accomplishments, but please don't send photos as attachments. Here is an optional template you can fill out, if you like:

  • Link to my full list:
  • My start date:
  • My end date:
  • Total number of goals completed:
  • Number of goals completed this month:
  • Total number of goals in progress:
  • Number of goals in progress worked on this month:
  • List & description of goals I've completed this month:
  • List & description of goals I've made progress on this month but haven't finished yet:
  • List & description of goals I've abandoned/failed this month:

Your List: Whether you're just starting your list or you've been working on your list a while, this swap is for you! If you don't have a list yet, check out the Day Zero Project website for great ideas. It's like making a bunch of fun new year's resolutions, only you've got about 3 years to get them done.

Sending: Please send on time and use the BCC field when you send to protect your partners. If you don't get an update from someone who has marked it "sent" be sure to check your junk mail folder and contact the person. I will absolutely angel if you're flaked on and you contact me to let me know. Newbies are welcome as well as any swapper with a rating of 4.5 or above.

Good luck with your goals & happy swapping!

Just checking- is this every month from february until the end of our 1001 dats or just for the month of feburary?

@chocosamurai In February, you'll report on what progress you made in January. In March, you'll report on what progress you made in February. In April, you'll report on what progress you made in March. So it's a monthly thing. You can include the total number of goals reached and the total number reached speficically during that month. Maybe I should make a template suggestion? I'll do that. That should help clarify a little maybe. But, yes, there will be a swap every month on the group (and some public ones like this one, periodically).

Great, thanks. This is great to meet others doing a similar challenge. And a great way to keep progress on the roll...
