Are you trying to figure out if you can come up with a Pioneer mini?

Hey, wasn’t Sunbonnet Sue a pioneer girl? For those of you who still like Sunbonnet Sue this is your chance to put her on a mini art quilt. And for those of you who are sick-to-death of Sue you can figure out something else. (Hehehe!)

I once saw a little quilt in a magazine that was in my opinion kind of sick. It had quilt blocks each with a different way of getting rid of Sunbonnet Sue. One had her tied to the railroad tracks, and another had her going deep into the water with a weight tied to her feet.

Not that I’m encouraging anyone to think of funny ways of doing in Sunbonnet Sue. I was just sharing something I once saw in a magazine and have never gotten out of my head. I keep trying to get it out of my head…..

wondering if this round of our new series is not as appealing as others and that is the reason for the low interest?

Any input, suggestions or changes would be greatly appreciated!

....log cabin quilt blocks, prairie points, hole-in-the-barn-door blocks, could all be considered "Pioneer"

see it's as easy as that or as detailed as you care to make it!
