I wear a Large (L) or Extra Large (XL). In the US I wear size 7 or 8, but I'm not sure about the rest of the world. I like all styles so long as they are somewhat low-rise (no "granny panties"). I do have sort of a big bootie, so if they are super-low-rise, I'll probably need an XL.

As for the surprise, my profile doesn't have all that much info yet, but you can check out my MySpace profile (link is in my profile). It's a little out-dated, but it gives you some idea of what I'm into.
