Description:

I meant to do this swap in March, but I was so busy, the whole month slipped away on me. I'm really hoping to see a bit more activity for this round than I saw in round 1. :)

I'm sure you have all heard of a chain letter. For this swap we will take the letter we received in round 1, and add another letter to it and mail both letters to our partner! Our partner will then add to these letters and mail the whole works to their partner in round 3. I'm hoping to keep this going for a while to see how far and wide our letters travel. Be sure to include your swap bot name, address, etc on the bottom of your letter so if your partner decides they want to write back, they can. Feel free to include a small flat surprise for your partner such as stickers, postcard, notecard/w envie, etc. You may decorate your envelope if you desire as well but its not required. Lets have fun with this one and see how far we can take it! I realize that as the round numbers increase, the letter bundle may get larger and at that time, we can look at how to deal with it. I would like to do one of these a month I think.. so be sure to hang on to your letters when you receive them and start your letter on the same page where the last person has signed off.

Feel free to ask any questions! :)

Newbies are welcome! :)

I am really hoping to get a few more people to join this swap or I may cancel it.. :(

I´m sorry but I´m not that familiar with these kind of chain letter things. I´m a bit confused what to write to who and to who to send it to? Could you maybe explain it a bit more please?

Also, this seems to assume that you were in previous rounds. Can you START with this round?

SFreer 04/14/2013 #

@basykes , @Paris yes you can start with this round.. You write a letter about yourself, about where you live, whatever you want. You address the letter as if your sending to several people, such as "hi everyone". When partners are assigned, you mail your letter to your partner. They will add to the letter with a letter of their own and mail both letters in the next round. People who were in round one will be mailing the letter they received in round 1 as well as the letter they write in this round. Others will be mailing only the letter they write for this round. I hope that clarifies things. Feel free to ask me more questions if need be. I can extend the join by date a couple of days if wanted.
