Description:

Hello mail art lovers! Do you, like me, love making envelopes but after making 20 plain and easy ones you get bored? Why not try a challenge? I will give you a task and then you will interpret it as you like!

Challenge #1: Sticker Flicker

You will make one (unique and gorgeous) envie and decorate it with at least 35 stickers. The more, the better! Make it flicker, shine, draw attention, send cosmic vibrations, drop jaws and make the mail woman feel so alive! Now, don't just try to get rid of unwanted stickers, but rather choose a theme, view it as a small project.

Send it naked and stamped to your partner along with a nice new sheet of stickers and a heart-warming note. It's happy mail, after all. The envie decoration is up to the sender's taste, but try to include a sheet of stickers your partner might really like. Size? It should fit the sticker sheet uncut and unfolded.

No newbies, min. 5 Type2 swaps completed, 4.95+ rating, will angel.

That's it, have fun!

There is going to be a new challenge every three weeks.

50 is kinda plenty unless smaller than thumb nails...hhmm will watch for now...:) But GREAT Cute idea! :)

I completely agree with you, it is plenty! I kept in mind three things: the envelope has two sides that need to be decorated; indeed, the envie might be completely covered in stickers (weeee); if one wishes to place the stickers more sparsely it can be done simply by making the envelope a bit larger.

Hope to see you in this swap :)

Do you have to make envelope or can I use a real envelope and decorated it

JavaJunkie 04/23/2013 #

50 does seem like a lot... Watching for now.

Havfrue 04/23/2013 #

@roogirl Yes, the envelope should be made entirely by you.

I am taking your opinions into consideration and lowering the min. number of stickers to 35. Still, the more, the better ;)
