Send (1) Hello Kitty Postcard to (1) partners.. Must have Hello Kitty on the front.. aside from that senders choice.. Store bought, Etsy, or any other professionally printed way is fine.. please don't print a picture off your computer and turn it into a card.. I have one that is not so good because of this method =o( Please don't flake.. I will check all profiles prior to assigning partners.. No unfixed 1's or 3's in the past 3 months.. Newbies allowed with a well filled out profile and at least 1 rating since you will be sending out to 1 person
