I loved the last painted atc swap I did so I decided to keep it going since I love painting and receiving nice painted atcs. Open themed. But try and keep partner profiles in mind :)

Only rules must be painted and must be standard atc size. No stickers or collages just painting :)

Newbies allowed rated 4.9 I will angle if needed since I love to paint and always make plenty of extras.
