You can't sent duplicates, torn or damaged stamps. They can be on or off paper.

Keep in mind that international mail can take up more time to arrive and communicate with your partner before rating down.

I like the idea very much: I collect butterflies, penguins, Japan, maps, textiles/fabrics, traditional crafts, haute couture (sorry, maybe difficult....) tailors, silkworms and silk, cottonplants.
