If any of you watch the show Portlandia you might already know what the title of this swap refers to. If not LOOK HERE. Ha! Ha! So for this swap you will have 2 partners & you will create 1 ATC for each partner. The bird can be anywhere on your ATC...in the background, as the main focus, in a cage, etc. The bird can be any type of backyard or household bird. No Penguin, Flamingos or Ostrich for this swap please. Any medium & any style is welcome. Have fun creating your ATC's & remember...Put a Bird on it!!
