Ah, the lowly-yet-versatile paper napkin!

Paper napkins can be used for ATC backgrounds; decoupaged onto wood, metal, or chipboard; folded into flower shapes; adhered into smash journals; used in resin jewelry; and much more!

For this swap, you will send each of your TWO partners six paper napkins. (Six napkins x 2 partners = 12 napkins sent in total.) These are very lightweight so postage costs should be relatively low.

  • Napkins must be complete, not torn or cut.
  • Cocktail size (approx. 5" x 5") or larger.
  • Six different designs. NO SOLID COLORED NAPKINS.
  • Sender's choice on designs/colors, but please check your partners' profiles for specific dislikes.
  • DO NOT FOLD the napkins for mailing.

Newbies welcome with a filled-out profile.
I will check all participants a day or two before assigning partners.
I reserve the right to remove anyone whom I think will be a problem swapper.

Send ON TIME.
Rate promptly and accurately.
Communicate if there are problems.

I was in a napkin swap before and got some lovely napkins. However, the postage was much more than I had anticipated. Would it be possible to remove the last 2 layers and only sent the top layer with the design on it. That is the only part used anyway. I could include more napkins that way and would prefer that mine come that way. All my napkins were folded when I bought them. Do you mean do not fold again? That really sounds like a dumb question but please clarify.

Oops, meant to say only SEND the top layer. It's rather early in the morning. Sorry.

I do want participants to send the entire napkin (all layers), as we do not know what each person will want to do with them.

Please do not fold them AGAIN to put them into an envelope. :)

Six paper cocktail napkins will fit in a 6" x 9" manila envelope, weigh 1 oz., and be less than 1/4" thickness. That will cost 92 cents to mail domestically in the USA, and $2.05 USD to mail internationally.
