Is there a maximum postage price? Just because some items have very high postage.

Postage price are NOT included in the spending limit. And yes shipping prices can be a bit high on some items, if sent to certain countries. But IF signing up for this swap, everyone accepts what it costs to pay for the item and the postage to have it shipped to their partner. So no there aren't any max price on the postage, since it's the $2-5 value on the item(s) itself (before postage) that's the important one.
