Singer/songwriter - US & Canada only

I'm very fond of the folkies; all those singer songwriter types; just a lone individual with a guitar pouring out their hearts to the world.You'll have 2 partners.

For this swap you will send 1 mix CD (17-20 songs) of wonderful songs. All packages should include a play list and a CD case/cover to protect the CD during mailing.

Here's the challenge - none of the songs can be something that has ever been a "hit". Do not send "Stay" by Lisa Loeb! Reach a little bit, get outside your comfort zone - don't just send John Denver, Pete Seeger, Peter Paul & Mary, Odetta, Jewel, Neil Young et al. Especially good would be to include as many female and African American artists as possible. There's so many great ones out there - I'm hoping to hear great stuff from folks I've not known of.

To join this swap please have taken part in at least 5 snail mail swaps and have no recent "no sends". I will check all profiles; newbies may join if they PM me first AND have a fully filled out profile.
