You will send your board to 5 partners. This is sender's choice (obviously) so as long as you receive your partner's board on time, you should rate with a 5 (and give heart if you love it!) To avoid emails being "lost" or sent to the spam box, you should send the link to your pinterest board through the swap bot message system. @picsthatmoveme - your partners (that you send to) may be different than the partners that send to you (the ones you rate)
