Description:
I will be putting up Supernatural Character swaps as each one ends. We will start with Castiel. You will make ONE ATC for ONE partner that features Castiel. It can be anything having to do with the character. It can feature a picture of him, a quote from the character or just an ATC featuring wings. Your ATC must be 2.5" by 3.5" and must be on a sturdy backing. Minimum Rating of a 4.9.
