Description:

So this is my first time hosting a swap after swapping on this site for years and I am exited! I have been playing around with this idea in my head for a couple of months now and decided to stop being a chicken and create the swap already!

So here's the idea: I love penpalling and I love meeting penpals trough this site. The thing is, most of the time it does not take long for me to know if I want to keep writing to my swap partner or not. Sometimes even from just reading their profile I get a pretty good idea if we are going to be a match.

So why not do speed-dating/penpal style?

How to do this swap:

  • You get three partners
  • You send each of those partners a (cute/fun/pretty) note card (!) were you give an introduction about yourself.
  • Make sure you write something worth reading, so both sides of the inside of a note-card.
  • Send it to your partners and voila: you have 6 potential new penpals!
  • Writing back is optional, just like with speed dating not everyone is going to be a match, so if you're not feeling it, don't write back. You could comment when rating about why if you want to but you don't have to.
  • Let's try to find nice looking note-cards. This is senders choice but it's still nice to look at profiles.

Because I'm a first time host I'm going to be really on top of this. No newbies (I'm sorry), I just don't dare to take the risk. I wil angel when I have to. No recent unexplained 1's of 3's. Believe me, I will check ALL the profiles.

Let's make this a good swap for everyone. If something is not clear, please ask me and I will respond!

Thanks for joining!!

I'm confused is this a notecard in an envelope? Why is it in the postcard category then ?

Hi! Yes, a notecard in an envelope. Hm, I guess I did put it in the wrong category then huh? I'm sorry! It should probably only be in the letters&writing category.

Thank you all for signing up!
