Description:
For this swap you'll be creating a beautifully embellished shabby Paris tag for your partner. You may use a pre-made blank tag and embellish it OR create your own tag. Requirements: tag must measure at least 2.5" x 4" (or thereabouts) front MUST be decorated hole punched in the top and at least 1 ribbon/lace piece through it embellishments/images must be of a shabby chic/vintage Paris theme Isn't the photo gorgeous? Wish I had made that one!
