VC: Vintage ATC - Lady with Wings For this swap you will create (1) vintage style ATC for your partner. Theme: Sender's choice. Requirements: Must add wings to your vintage lady image. ANY type of wings. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. Use paint, glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. Please NO sticker slapping!! Have Fun!
