I absolutely love pocket letters--both making and receiving them!

I put different things in each one, depending on the theme, but here are a few of the things I most commonly use.

  • Washi tape samples (usually the tapes I used to decorate that pocket letter) wrapped around a plastic card
  • Crafty bits (dye cuts, stickers, etc.) in the color/theme of the pocket letter
  • Tea bags
  • Candy--Ghirardelli chocolate squares and fun-size bags of m&ms and Skittles fit perfectly
  • Sticky notes--either the tiny flag-sized notes or the Target Dollar Spot notes (those fit almost perfectly)
  • New forever stamps
  • Paper clips and/or binder clips in fun colors and shapes

:)

Can you tell me what a "tag" is? I don't think I've ever done one of those before. Thanks!

Sorry I didn't see that before but I see where you have sent so guess you find out. Sorry I didn't see in time to help!

Sadly, bluemoonandorangesky did not send this swap. She was contacted and did say she would re-send but they have proved to be empty words.
